Very helpful, checked on me throughout my stay just to see how everything was going and if I needed anything. Both night and daytime staff very friendly. Hotel was clean. The rooms do need electronic upgrades on the lamps & there’s not free breakfast, overall I’d recommend the area. Plenty of options to dine!! Please give a special thanks to Kierra!!
- EMElexia MartinezDec 27, 20251.0Please do not waste your time with this hotel. The only reason we have stayed here more than once is due to convenience of location. The first time was in April of 2025. Room 334 to be exact. At that time, the sink was clogged. The drain was blocked and was unable to be pushed up to allow water to drain. The options were to move rooms or be compensated. We chose the better of the two options. Here we are 8 months later in room 334 and guess what STILL DOES NOT WORK. The sink! Our options were to be moved. No compensation was suggested. So we moved to a room a couple rooms down. And guess what does not work now. The Bath drain. Sheldon, the front desk worker, stated “all I can do is keep moving you.” How inconvenient for the customer. Sheldon also informed us that there is NO MANAGER OR MAINTENANCE CREW UNTIL MONDAY. It’s Saturday. So ultimately Sheldon is useless and management is poor. This is how Hilton is treating Gold and/ or Diamond members. Playing musical hotel rooms for one that has a proper working sink and bath. Beyond disappointed in Hilton. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice and never again.

Not sure if they are changing sheets as I found hair on them. So I just used my own sheets. They do not have complimentary breakfast. They do have a pool and very small gym. The location was on a street off the main road. You didn't have to fight traffi. To get in and out. It was qithin walking distance to some restaurants. Staff was nice but I didn't have much dealings with them. One housekeeper, Maria was really helpful.
