Hotel bed like sleeping on concrete, I've stayed in cheap hotels while traveling and the bads were more comfortable. No complimentary breakfast. Thin walls, lots of noise. Thin, rough toilet paper. I mean, really?

It’s kind of hidden in the back. A very homey hotel. they even have little decorations up. They have their own parking area next to what looks like apartments. It’s very tucked in the back . When I first entered it felt like I was going into a giant living room space. With their long dining table and wholesome Halloween decor. I had a double bed. It was a very clean room. A beautiful view. You could definitely tell they want the extra mile to have the room prepped and clean and it smells fresh.

2.5 stars One front counter staff person was very helpful. There was another staff member who just straight up did not do her job. Didn't wrangle the luggage carts and gave us the answer 'i don't know no one brought them back' when we asked where to get them. I could feel every spring in the mattress, very lumpy. And the pillows were incredibly flat. No loft or support. Desk chair didn't have back support. My back is killing me after 2 nights. It was clean but that's a really low bar to clear. Would never stay again.

This morning I left a 5-star review for this hotel, but the service — specifically from Ayadira — made me change it to 1 star. The coffee machine in my room wasn’t working. A day earlier, I went to the front desk and reported the problem. The lady there (I don’t know her name) apologized and kindly offered to make me coffee on her personal coffee machine. She also told me I could come anytime if I wanted more coffee. Today, when I went down to the lobby and asked for coffee again, the receptionist named Ayadira apologized but said she couldn’t make coffee for me on her machine. When I asked if the coffee machine in my room could be replaced, she also said, “Sorry, but no.” I find this unacceptable! I stay at Hilton hotels all the time, and this is the first time I’ve had such an experience. Normally, staff always — always — try to solve any issue, but not Ayadira. Fortunately, another, much friendlier staff member immediately stepped in and happily made coffee for me.
