The only issue I have is this property doesn’t do room upgrades for Diamond tier guest. All other Hilton locations offer upgrades, guess this property owner doesn’t appreciate Diamonds. To charge a Diamond tier $30 dollars to upgrade is ridiculous, and that will cause me to stay at other locations within Abilene. Sorry!
