Do NOT book here. Refused to refund a stay that was mistakenly placed for one week into the future. Would NOT let us move the reservation to the current date. Requested us to purchase a new room and then eat the reservation for the following week. Blames it on CORPORATE but refuses to give the name / number to corporate. I will continue to talk ill of Hilton until their management team contacts me to fix it.

First time here. I have stayed at 7 different Garden Inns across the country this year and this one is very nice! Had a burger and fries last night spot on! Breakfast this morning, those two ladies were on top of service and cooking. Texas hospitality! Food was hot and fresh. Very quiet, front desk helpful and engaging with greetings!

Location pretty convenient for a number of things. But sparse on furniture (maybe a couple of end tables? Artwork for the walls? Idk. Shower was out of shampoo. Room was large, beds and pillows were great, room was clean, a very nice experience overall.

I have stayed at this Hotel for going on 10 months and honestly it has been really nice. It has become like a second home well actually it was my first home since I never go home. The breakfast group of employees is AWESOME, they will make you anything to eat, help you with everything and bring all your food even though it is a self serve unless you order. They are always kind and nice to talk to no matter how their day is going, thank you Tess, Tab and Josh. Tess and Tab are honestly hard to beat, great listeners, they give great advice and honestly fill a void without seeing my wife for so long. It is nice to talk to someone who can deal with my statement. Josh has become a master omelet maker, I would know we worked on the best way to cook. The dinner group is AMAZING, Mike the master cook can make anything even a special request and even make it a special. Such a super cool cook. Matt the master mixologist and excellent cook (Mike is #1). Matt can talk to you about anything and everything it seems and is full of information. Heck I have even fact checked a few things and well he was right. Super smart, great personality and easy to talk to. JP this one is cool as can be, super helpful great to talk to and will get into a full on conversation with you like you have known each other for a while.

Been staying here occasionally since 2015 and I must say that it has changed so much. The staff is friendly enough but the cleaning is gone downhill. I leave tips every day for cleaning and the tip is taken while the bed is poorly made and trash not emptied, sometimes towels not replaced. The breakfast is great but the dinner menu doesn't have as many choices as before and is hit and miss on the quality. The cost for a room has gone up quite a bit while the quality of service has declined. This has been the place for our Christmas parties for our company and starting to wonder if it still will be. It also has been home away from home for me. Not so sure anymore.
