At the beginning the room looked clean but after a couple of minutes we realize they were a lot of tiny flying bugs in the carpet, the window, the TV…It was impossible to sleep in that room… I went to the front desk to request either a different room or a refund but the initial staff was not very helpful and little rude. I had to wait like 10 mins for another employee to arrive and to show the other 2 team members how the refund had to be processed in the system. I really hope this was an isolated event or that I had bad luck that day but definitely was not a pleasant stay…
