Very poor experience - would NOT RECOMMEND. The room we were given was NOT clean - beds used, dirty towels, hairs in shower. I was moved to a different smaller room and given a "discount". The discount was on the HIGHER ROOM RATE so I essentially ended up paying full price for an inadequate room and frustrating experience.

Dear Hilton Guest Assistance Team,
I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent stay at the Hampton Inn in Brandon during the Christmas holiday. I booked two rooms for a four-night stay and wanted to bring to your attention a service experience that fell below the standards I have consistently received at other Hilton properties.
On three of the four days of our stay, neither room was visited by housekeeping at all—despite daily requests and multiple reports of the issue to the front desk. On the final day, housekeeping did arrive, but service was incomplete: only one bed was made, used washcloths were left in the room, and soap dispensers were not refilled. Both rooms experienced the same lack of service throughout the stay.
While I understand that holiday staffing can be challenging, what was most concerning was the response from the front desk. Requests for basic necessities such as towels and room servicing were repeatedly met with explanations rather than solutions, and on one occasion I felt dismissed for asking for what I consider fundamental accommodations.
I would like to note that the rooms themselves were very nice, and the breakfast service staff were excellent—professional, friendly, and attentive. Unfortunately, these positives were overshadowed by the inconsistent housekeeping and lack of effective front desk support.
I am sharing this feedback not out of frustration, but because this experience was inconsistent with the level of service I expect from the Hilton brand, particularly at a Hampton Inn. Clear communication regarding service limitations, or alternative solutions, would have gone a long way toward improving the stay.
Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. I appreciate your attention and hope it can be used to improve future guest experiences.

The absence of hot water due to a broken water heater resulted in a lukewarm shower, which was not ideal after a ten-hour drive through a snowstorm. Our third-floor room was clean, although the shower floor had a grainy, brownish texture that was not particularly pleasant. Previous reviews mentioned ongoing construction, and while staff indicated it was complete, there were noticeable signs of dust and construction debris in the common areas. Melissa, the breakfast attendant, was friendly, and the breakfast offerings were typical Hampton Inn fare, including scrambled eggs, sausage slices, and potatoes. I would consider staying here again, provided that hot water is available. The front desk staff was generally friendly, and I endeavored to be understanding regarding the water heater malfunction.

I was in town for a special occasion and I used a booking website. This was my first time staying in a Hampton Inn. The booking website warned there would be some construction but would be wrapped up by November 30th. It wasn't. I was assured it wouldn't be a problem at night and seeing as I was on the 3rd floor, I didn't think it would be that bad. That first night the elevator broke down and the night time front desk attendant was rude and told me to just use the stairs. Again, it was 3 flights up. I have a disability in my legs and I had no choice but to make the hike back to my room. The next morning, the elevator still not fixed, the daytime front desk attendant was very kind and switched my room. The rooms are very clean, the beds are super comfortable and they provide all you need for the bathroom. The free breakfast in the lobby was fabulous. Daily they have eggs, sausage, and potatoes. They also have a station where you can make waffles, oatmeal and cereal. They also had bread to make toast, bagels, muffins and more. I want to also mention the breakfast attendants were so kind they make a wonderful cup of coffee!
I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place to others. Even though a few hiccups happened, the day staff made sure I was comfortable and they gave me money back for my inconvenience. Great hotel.
