On the 3rd morning while eating Continental breakfast a staff member approached me and asked me my name and room number in a rude manner. After I explained my room number and name 3 times I had to go to the front desk with the staff member and talk to another staff member who recognized me from the previous two night. I believe The first staff member was implying I was eating Continental breakfast without authorization and I couldn't believe it. I have always had such a great experience with customer service at Hilton properties until this one. I don't know what triggered the staff member to interrogate me while I was eating and I don't understand how the other staff member at the front desk couldn't have cleared things up before I had to go to the front office and prove to the staff I was a guest there with one of the 2 whirlpool suites they have.
- DWDan Walter6 days ago3.0Rooms adequate size. Beds were a bit firm, but not too bad. Water pressure was pathetic. Hotel is old, and blinds, shower curtains and bedding show wear. A/C until was dead in the first room i was given, but they changed our room fast. Breakfast was ok. Basic hotel breakfadt buffet food.

O sea que el servicio de limpieza que preparó la habitación si la preparó dejó las sábanas sucias. Al lado del aire acondicionado había también poca higiene.
