- CRCory RiceDec 11, 20253.0The hotel was very nice. The rooms are very clean and updated. The lobby and general areas were updated and clean. That all said I'm not sure anyone actually works there. Checked in at 3am and no one was around. Waited a few minutes but I get it, it was the middle of the night. Left at 11am the next day. No one at the desk. Came back at 1pm. No one at desk. Left again at 230. No one at desk. Came back at 7pm. No one at desk. Left next morning at 10am... and you guessed it. No one at desk. It's embarrassing for a hotel to not have anyone at the desk. I tried to stop a couple times to get my Diamond Member perks but its not worth standing there for... well honestly it could be forever since I'm not sure anyone actually works there. As much as I like the rooms I refuse to stay places that I cant get help if needed.
