Friendly staff. Decent continental breakfast even though the waffle maker was broke during our visit.

I didn't stay here but I had the pleasure of making contact with the girl that worked at the front desk Caitlin I needed something and I wasn't staying there but as I left and got in my car she went out of her way to call management and ask them about it and run outside in the freezing cold to tell me the answer she went above and beyond and she was super sweet Great person to have on your staff. Thank you .Caitlin!

Usually we stay on the other side with Tru by Hilton but tried Home2 this time. Our room was very nice and spacious for the price. Only a couple small complaints. There was a patch of mold in the corner of the bathroom, one of the shower handle rings was off and the handheld shower would not turn off. Other than that everything about the stay was fantastic and will come again if in Smyrna!

I gave them a 3 star because rhe breakfast was horrible all 3 days! Each time I got potatoes it was long pieces of hair! They did not speak English when I tried to tell them so I just left it alone and did not eat.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and until this weekend have always been pleased. I am writing this to make others aware and hopefully inform management so something can be done before someone is hurt. We arrived and checked in Friday night. When we got to our room, it reeked of dog urine. Having never had this problem here before, I asked if they could change our room. The front desk informed us they were full but that they would have someone come in to re-clean and deodorize it while we were out at an appointment and having dinner. When we returned, the room smelled much better and there was a small "fan" in the room. I didn't think much of it. Got my handicapped son ( who suffers from low oxidation levels) dressed for bed and laid down myself. I began feeling a little weird and breathless. Thought it was my heart acting up again so I got up to get some meds. That's when I noticed the fan wasn't a fan. It was an ozone machine! Completely depleting the oxygen in the room! No warning on the door and no one ever bothered to inform us they had put it there. It CLEARLY stated it was not to be used in enclosed areas when people were present. I only recognized it and was familiar with what it was because we had a situation last year where we had to use them. If I hadn't gotten up to get meds and we had fallen asleep, we would have never woken up. No one ever came back to get the machine or check to see that we were okay. Putting our lives at risk in this situation is unacceptable!
