Just checked into this hotel this weekend. The morning team is very helpful, sweet and welcoming. When i come in at night, the front desk lady is always laying in the corner and doesn’t greet the guests. Makes me feel like if i need something late night i’d have to go and wake her up. Thank you Andre for making my stay great when he’s here.

Andre is the best manager at this hotel! He treats us with respect and always greets us with a happy welcome. There’s some managers that sleep all night but he always stays up to make sure we’re ok when we get home! Next time you come in ask for him!

Too expensive for the area, compared to others. The luggage carriers are horrible for soft cloth bags, mine fell through and scraped the ground. The night manager was watching TV in the lobby when I arrived walking past him at midnight. I thought he was a guest. I stood at the desk for about a minute. When he hopped up greeting me then walked behind the desk. There was plenty of parking, I'm sure not even close to 30% occupancy because of the price. The room was clean, the view sucked! There had to be a better room available other than the AC units/mechanicals right outside my window. The toilet paper is mounted behind you. That was poor poor placement, who decided on THAT! and no sugars or sweeteners in the complimentary coffee area in my room. There were at least 2 complimentary bottles of water. The complimentary breakfast.....pass. No scrambled eggs, no waffle maker, cheap processed wrapped sandwiches. For $150 a night? Are you kidding me? There was nothing spectacular about the furnishings, bed, pillows or bedding.
