  Love staying here on my weekly project down from NYC, I need to know what bed they use so I can buy one for my apartment, holy comfortable! The Hospitality is outstanding from the staff especially the morning folks at the Desk, Terry and April always ready to greet me on my way out. They always leave me smiling as I exit for the day! Great Job Hilton

  When traveling, we typically stay at Hampton Inns. They are readily accessible, clean, comfortable, a good little breakfast, and a fair price. We stayed the night of October 23, 2025 at the Hampton Inn in Smyrna, TN and were very disappointed. First, the road noise from Interstate highway 24 was excessive. Being an Interstate highway, it never quit and we had a room closest to the highway. Second, the black-out curtains had huge tears and holes in in them. These were not small and were very obvious if anybody from the hotel had ever visited the room. Third, there was a light above the sink (at least that's what we thought it was) but there was no way to turn it on. This would have been very helpful if it had worked. And there was no exhaust fan for the bathroom area so it go steamy in there. Fourth, the carpet had obviously been previously damaged and it was haphazardly repaired with pathed in pieces that did not fit properly. Fifth our room was rated "pet friendly" and it must have been very friendly as the carpet had huge stains on it from something. Sixth, for the morning breakfast, the brown sugar was so hard in one big ball, we had to get the kitchen staff to break it apart before we could use it. Overall, we had a very poor experience with this Hampton Inn and it is causing us to rethink our rather blind loyalty to the brand. I will say, the other parts of the breakfast were good and the staff was very nice. But this Hampton Inn needs some help. I will not tell you which room I stayed in with the hope you review every room.

  Perfect for the traveler who wants to avoid the hustle and traffic of Nashville hotels. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Very hot water, good water preasure, and quiet hallways. Breakfast was hot and/or cold with plenty of options. Easy on and off highway location. "Roll Tide" checked us in and he was delightful. Hampton is always our "go to" when. traveling.

  No milk or bananas or other fruit available for breakfast Shower would not turn off completely

  I spent two weeks here on a business trip and it was very quiet and the staff was terrific very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned regularly and very well done. The room smelled fresh and the breakfast was pretty good. The gym was small but you could move a few things around to make enough space to get it done. Thanks for a great stay.
