Clean hotel, can do staff, great free breakfast but cons lots of highway noise and poor soundproofing of rooms...hear footsteps above so if you are noise sensitive could be problematic...we were tired so it wasnt problematic

Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and furniture. Fully equipped fitness center to get a good workout in before dinner. Their breakfast options were plentiful and helped start my day with a full stomach.

Saturday the 18th it rained hard in Tn. I was passing from Thompson Station, Tn going to get a hotel at the Drury in Franklin. Lady says everything is booked for concerts and games. Tried other hotels "all booked". Kept driving went into Ashland City Hampton "all booked" Tried other new hotel behind them "all booked". Lady at Hampton said we could try the one in Pleasant View. Called it is now around 1ish am on Sunday 19th. Talked to a lady, they do have a room......she does her speil and gave us a price. I asked her "Can I get in now"? Yes she says. So, she repeats again and she's talking fast and it's raining I just need a room. Yes, to her questions give my cc information and pay. Again I ask her again I can get in now? Yes sends me a text with info. Didn't read it I'm driving. Get to hotel pull up the confirmation it says check in Sunday 19 at 3:00 pm. As I show the gentleman at front desk. He couldn't look up anything as his computer was updating to Sunday. He tells me they are booked. But, I say we just booked it. And he points out the date. Get back in my car called to get a refund and explained. The gentleman on the phone tried to find another hotel but wrong direction we were going. I will have too call back around 9 am to see if the hotel will refund the money. I get an email no they will not refund at the discretion of the hotel. Another lesson I learned. I should of drove up there in person and physically talked to someone.

I stayed at this hotel recently during a cross-country move. Although the hotel was fine, the service was terrible. I booked a room using the app and arrived at the hotel around 1:30am. Although my hope was to be able to enter my room using the digital key, I was required to stop by the front desk and show ID prior to being issued the key. No problem there, as I appreciate the safety with that. Upon arrival, I drove a full lap around the parking lot trying to find a place to park my 16’ moving truck and car hauler. The lot was full; however, I was able to pull all the way over to the side in front of the overhang in such a way cars could still get through. I then attempted to enter the building and was met with a locked glass door. I looked inside and saw an employee, who I later identified as Celester, at the desk, so I lightly knocked on the glass. Celester gave me an annoyed looked and reluctantly opened the door and rudely asked what I needed. After explaining I was there to get my digital key activated and check-in, Celester then said, “We are fully booked so I hope you have a reservation”. I explained I did and was then met with an eye roll when I tried to present my ID. So much for the safety I appreciated! After getting my digital key activated, I explained my parking situation and asked if it was okay to leave my moving truck where it was. Celester very rudely said no and that the cops will come and tell me to move it. I tried to explain there was nowhere else to park and the response I received was, “I don’t know what to tell you.” After more discussion, I was instructed to drive around back and move the construction cones blocking a newly poured parking area. I tried to say the cones are likely there for a reason and Celester responded with, “Not my problem”. To add to the unpleasant interaction when I asked if there were doors to enter the building out back, Celester said, “Yeah…….we do have doors to get inside”. Once we finally got settled into our room, my son noticed he left his toothbrush in the moving truck so he went down to request one from Celester. He found Celester to be sitting on the couch in the lobby watching TV and annoyed that he needed assistance. Overall, my stay was fine. My room was clean and breakfast was well stocked, but the lack of service or even an attempt to be kind was a real disappointment for a paying customer. When people are checking into rooms at 1:30am, they are probably extremely tired and just looking for a place to feel welcome and comfortable so being rude is an unacceptable. Also, after thinking it over, it dawned on me that cops don’t have jurisdiction in parking lots and I was not impeding the flow of traffic around the building so Celester straight up lied about being asked to move. The kicker is, there were other cars parked exactly where I was trying to park the next morning.

Never expected to find such a nice hotel just two minutes off of the highway. Feels like quite the hidden gem and I'm half tempted to come back to Tennessee just to be able to come back here. Only note! The pool is seasonal XD so don't bring your swimsuit in the fall lol. Staff were lovely. Gym is amazing. Breakfast was tasty. And the rooms were so cozy. Not a single real compliant to be had.
