We had the most wonderful experience glamping at Under Canvas Smoky Mountains! The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful (especially Phil, Elena, and Rye) the entire site was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the food was delicious. Every detail—from the tents to the views—was picture-perfect. It honestly felt like we were living in a Hallmark movie. Can’t wait to visit here again or another Under Canvas location soon!

This was one of the best trips I've ever taken. I highly recommend staying here if you're a nature lover. It is beautiful. The tents are cozy, spacious, and extremely clean. The weather was rainy and cold but the fireplace warmed up the tent quickly. The staff were amazing and so friendly. The location is literally in the mountains so of course there's no service. The point is to be unplugged! I promise you can live without wifi for a couple days. The food is exceptionally tasty and the portions are large. Plenty of activities for kids. I can't wait to visit additional locations. It's going to be hard to beat the Smokies!

Love this location. Being back in the hills and out of cell reception and not having Internet is great. Great way to disconnect and enjoy some nature. I brought a propane heater this time because the only heat you get is a wood burning stove and you've got a get up a lot at night to keep it going.

Beautiful location, I had a great time. Shout out to Hannah and all the workers, super friendly and professional. There is no cell service, which I personally enjoyed as an escape, but download directions and movies ahead of time. Also no food in cabin so eat before.
