    The room was filthy. Multiple bugs as soon as we walked into the place and 2 more bugs in one of the king rooms. We did not utilize the kitchen due to the lack of cleanliness. There was a small bug that looked like a roach in the refrigerator. We will not return to Sunrise Ridge Resort.

    Archaic settings, need to upgrade. Quiet, clean and unpretentious. No room service, they at least provided sufficient towels.

    First impression, the front desk registration was less than welcoming. Our first unit water dripped from upstairs and fell on my 10 month old granddaughter's crib. There was a roach in the bathroom and hair in the bathtub. Would NOT recommend. Stay away! Shame on you Hilton.
