  Great resort. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Plenty of parking. Breakfast is reasonable with either a buffet option or a la carte options.

  I would say this resort is a great value. Yes it's more expensive than most chain hotels. And there is a reason for that. The resort is nice, clean, quiet, has a view, offers things like lifeguards, free to use life jackets, updated amenities, updated rooms and technology, FREE timesaver passes for EACH DAY for EVERY guest in your party to use at dollywood, a trolley that gets you back and forth from Heartsong to Dollywood (to give an idea of how close, it's closer than handicap parking), you're treated like royalty, they have bell hops that can take your luggage to you room and to your car when leaving, they have dollywood merch shops, the inside and outside of the hotel is beautiful (especially during Christmas Nov-Dec), they have room service and poolside service. We absolutely loved it and will be back. If you don't want to stress about things not being right at your chain hotel, STAY at a dollywood resort!!! Everything was taken care of. This was one of the least stressful vacations I've ever taken with my 3 young kids!!

  My family and myself stayed here unexpectedly when the "Light the Way 5k" got rescheduled a couple of weeks back due to rain. We lost our room at Dreammore and the staff quickly set us up at the lodge. We were pleasantly surprised at the cozy and rustic (a bit more quieter than Dreammore) sanctuary. We enjoyed a wonderful and quick family meal at the Ember & Elm and we could never be more grateful for such hospitality. It took a bit of extra time and we barely made it to the race when they blew the horn to start running, but the Dreammore staff comped us some park passes for any inconvenience. This team is unbelievable and amazing. Shout out to Rhonda at Dreammore. You are a truly awesome and compassionate human!

  Everyone is very friendly! I’d like to shout out the bartender, Greyson at Acoustic Lobby. He was excellent! The resort is new, very clean and quiet. The staff are excellent. We can’t wait to come back. The complimentary transportation to Dollywood is a HUGE plus, and the timesaver passes are great. We love both of the Dollywood hotels.

  The rooms are nice, clean but have problems. We stayed in one room and the bathroom shower head didn’t work and the sink couldn’t open or close. We moved to another room the next day and the electrical had issues. The hot tub was broken too. After a long day of walking Dollywood in the cold we were looking forward to relaxing. When I called the front desk (Sandy I think) told me she didn’t know if it was up. It was supposed to be open (past 8am) and so I asked if she could find out. She basically told me no and that I needed to go down and check myself. So I walked down to the pool to see it was still closed. The life guard people were very nice and apologetic. The front deck could take some lessons. The restaurant is really good and their staff was friendly I’ve been a Dolly fan all my life, coming here was a bucket list. We traveled from Seattle and was really looking forward to this stay. The front staff at the hotel did not make it feel special or worth the price.
