- AFAshley Finger1 day ago5.0My family and myself stayed here unexpectedly when the "Light the Way 5k" got rescheduled a couple of weeks back due to rain. We lost our room at Dreammore and the staff quickly set us up at the lodge. We were pleasantly surprised at the cozy and rustic (a bit more quieter than Dreammore) sanctuary. We enjoyed a wonderful and quick family meal at the Ember & Elm and we could never be more grateful for such hospitality. It took a bit of extra time and we barely made it to the race when they blew the horn to start running, but the Dreammore staff comped us some park passes for any inconvenience. This team is unbelievable and amazing. Shout out to Rhonda at Dreammore. You are a truly awesome and compassionate human!

The beds were comfortable, which was great for recuperating after days at the park. The sound machine was a nice touch to help us sleep. The staff was amazingly friendly, warm, and helpful. We loved our stay here and can't wait to go back!
- RSryans smithNov 15, 20253.0The rooms are nice, clean but have problems. We stayed in one room and the bathroom shower head didn’t work and the sink couldn’t open or close. We moved to another room the next day and the electrical had issues. The hot tub was broken too. After a long day of walking Dollywood in the cold we were looking forward to relaxing. When I called the front desk (Sandy I think) told me she didn’t know if it was up. It was supposed to be open (past 8am) and so I asked if she could find out. She basically told me no and that I needed to go down and check myself. So I walked down to the pool to see it was still closed. The life guard people were very nice and apologetic. The front deck could take some lessons. The restaurant is really good and their staff was friendly I’ve been a Dolly fan all my life, coming here was a bucket list. We traveled from Seattle and was really looking forward to this stay. The front staff at the hotel did not make it feel special or worth the price.

Our rental car keys were stolen, and the Dollywood park closed before we could get it towed out of the lot. The security guard took us to HeartSong, and they offered us peace of mind and some amenities while we worked through a difficult situation. Cannot thank them enough for their hospitality, and special thanks to the manager Ommi for being so incredibly generous! Thank you HeartSong staff for a truly wonderful experience.
- KHKari HoneycuttNov 2, 20255.0This was our first stay at the resort. The hotel was decorated for Christmas when we arrived and it was just beautiful. We used the indoor pool. It was 80 degrees according to the measurements from my watch. Outdoor fire pits and lots of cozy places to relax. Loved the entertainment through the day. We ate at the Ember and Elm for breakfast and it was a great variety on the buffet. My only gripe is the same at every hotel, they need a step stool for kids to reach the sink properly. The scent of the body wash is great. I should have asked if they sell it in the gift shop. Like orange slices. Small play area in the back an also cornhole and outdoor games. Nightly s’mores roasting at the big firepit. Naturally the restaurants are expensive but still easier than leaving for meals.
