Our hotel is built on a legacy steeped in the tradition of the written word, as well as a heritage built by spreading news throughout the world. Nashville’s printing history is as rooted in its story as music clubs and dance halls.

Overall being a new hotel, there’s still a lot of work and kinks to iron out. The staff was incredible overall. Insane pricing for parking (it says $45 per night someplace but is actually charged $55 per night). Personally I won’t go out of my way to stay there, but it is overall okay if you’re in the area.

Good location in Sobro redevelopment neighborhood. Definitely safer than I was expecting for walking our dog at night. That being said I would not want my wife or teenage children to do it by themselves at night, daytime is fine. Nowhere in walking distance really that you would want to go as of now. That will be changing as new things open up. The staff at the front Desk and coffee bar were excellent. The rooms are ok. We had a suite and a regular queen room. The feel is pretentious and not done very well definitely trying too hard to be cool while getting in the way of itself. Overall I’m not sure I would stay there again but not disappointed. Hilton standards of service have gone way down and I moved my loyalty to another major brand for the majority of my business.

I don’t stay in hotels often yet, in my honest opinion, this hotel is exceptional. The architecture and interior design is on point. Guests were constantly taking photos of the balcony rooftop bar. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were genuinely comfortable. The customer service at the cafe and front desk was better than most restaurants and businesses. In addition, the coffee shop and food prices were reasonable and our breakfast was great.
Very warm welcome to the city of Nashville. I only stopped for one night but could have spent a week in the hotel. In sum, the hotel is a gem.
The only con is that you have to pay for parking. From what I gathered, pay to park is standard for Nashville hotels. I found a spot behind the hotel that was cheap but if I was staying longer I would definitely find a parking garage nearby.
The hotel is conveniently located to broadway and the assorted museums.
10/10 would stay again.

We had a fabulous time at The Printing House. We came up for the Bowl Game and NYE. The location is awesome! We walked to Nissan Stadium for the game and to Broadway. We also walked to our NYE party. We almost didn't make it out of the hotel for our NYE party cause the lobby/bar was rocking! They had a fantastic DJ, and the other guests there were so friendly and fun. The lobby/bar is on the 5th floor, which is really unique and cool. The view from the terrace is insane. We met the GM Gayle, who was so friendly and upbeat. She ensured we had a great time and was so welcoming! We are heading back to Nashville next weekend and staying here again, and we can't wait!

Really enjoyed our stay at this new hotel! Just blocks from Broadway, it was perfect being close enough to enjoy music row, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The hotel is new, so the rooms are quite nice and the views are awesome! Staff was all very kind and much more "family" like. If you're looking for a really enjoyable place to stay near Broadway, this is your spot! Highly recommend!
