Brand new hotel so the amenities are fresh and everything feels really clean. That said, they've got a serious noise issue. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the room next to me sneeze, talk on the phone, start the shower... so you can imagine how bad it was when they came home at 2am and had a small party in their room. It felt like they might as well have had the party in *my* room. I'm not sure what the hotel is going to do about the noise issue but its definitely going to be something they deal with a lot.

Absolutely loved my stay at The Printing House Hotel in Nashville! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. I stayed in one of the loft rooms with a beautiful view overlooking the football stadium — such a cool city vibe! 🏙️🏈 The room was clean, bright, and spacious, with stylish décor and plenty of natural light. The coffee shop on-site was a huge plus — fast, friendly service and great coffee to start the day. ☕️ The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, making check-in quick and easy. There’s valet parking available (paid), and vehicles are stored safely in a garage — super convenient for being so close to downtown. The hotel is just a couple of blocks from Broadway, so you can easily walk to all the great music, restaurants, and nightlife. 🎶 The bar was open and lively every time we passed through, and the staff throughout the hotel were consistently courteous and attentive. Truly top-notch hospitality all around. If you’re visiting Nashville, this is the perfect mix of comfort, location, and service. I’d definitely stay here again! 🙌

I can’t say enough AMAZING things about The Printing House Hotel. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like VIPs but the real stars were Natalie and the manager Kendall. They went above and beyond in every possible way to help make my boyfriend’s birthday truly unforgettable. They didn’t just do their jobs they cared. You could feel it in every detail, every interaction, every little surprise they helped pull together. It turned what could’ve been just another trip into something genuinely special and personal. The hotel itself is gorgeous, clean, modern, and super welcoming. The location is within perfect distance of broadway but the people are what will have us coming back again and again. If you’re thinking about booking here, do it. And if you’re lucky enough to cross paths with Natalie and Kendall, trust me… you’re in the best hands possible. 10/10 already missing it and can’t wait to come back!!

I don't know what kind of game this place is playing. The location was great, staff is very nice and helpful, the decor in the common areas is nice, and the beds are comfortable... and unfortunately that's the end of nice things I can say. We were first given a room on the 6th floor. The ceiling was unfinished, just sheets of drywall not even taped or mudded. Half the drawers were missing and the fixtures in the shower were loose, even though this is a "new" hotel. The lights over the bed and some outlets didn't work. On day 2, we wake up to ants all over the room. They move us to the 11th floor. First thing we notice, the ceiling is finished and the furniture is in better condition. Things are improving, or so we thought. Until we took a shower the next morning and the shower temperature control doesn't work. The only temperature is skin melting hot. I didn't think we could do worse than the ants room, but can't-take-a-shower room is also pretty bad. Also the valet pricing is ridiculous and the service was terrible. They lost our car on day 2, they couldn't locate it with the phone number even though I'd gotten multiple texts from them. Then on check out day, one of the valets was napping in the lower level. Once someone else finally came to help, we still had to request our car through the text message links even though he was standing right there. I feel bad leaving this review because most of the hotel staff was kind and helpful, but this was a truly terrible experience.

This hotel is beautiful! By the time we arrived, the hotel had already been in operation for two months — practically a brand new place! From the first floor show room, to the 5th floor lobby, everything is meticulously thought and planned out. The shower waterfall and the hand shower handle are a fantastic piece of the room, with beautiful lighting in and out of the hotel. The restaurant is great as well despite the limited options available — it certainly will satisfy your hunger, but a restaurant a few blocks away will certainly deliver a vast amount of options. Now the rooms are not 100% sound proof as I could hear the next door guests enjoying themselves in the morning. In my option, it’s not a deal breaker. Overall, it is a great value for your money spent.
