Great location but disappointing stay. Chromecast on the TV didn’t work and it only had 30 channels. The outlets were dead, and the bedside lamp was missing its shade — making it impossible to read without being blinded. The complementary margaritas were tiny, and served in plastic water cups and were mediocre at best. Was told that the rooft bar supplied the lobby but when I visited it didn’t even advertise margaritas, couldn’t make a Gold margarita, and the $18 top-shelf option tasted awful. For a place called Margaritaville, it’s shocking they don’t serve a decent margarita anywhere on the property.

We spent 3 nights here and had a great time in Nashville. The room was clean and the other areas were also neat and clean. The pool was a bit cold but it is November. The staff was helpful, friendly and cheerful. The two young men doing the valet parking, Andrew and Keithan were great, helpful, cheerful and attentive to everyone checking in and out. Thanks for a great experience.

Our stay at the Margaritaville Hotel Nashville was fantastic! The room was clean spacious and the hotel restaurant and pool bar were exceptional with very attentive staff. *Do wish they had a microwave in the room, we had to leave some great leftovers because we did not have a way to reheat. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Nashville area. Walking distance to Broadway so you can park your vehicle and not have to fight for parking in downtown. I want to mention Keithan our valet was very friendly, fast and efficient. He helped us with all of our luggage and bags and we were on our way in record time. Top tier customer service.

Just a comment about the Margaritaville restaurant bar and sales presentations. We were considering taking the sales presentation offered in front of the restaurant BUT before that we decided to take advantage of the reasonable happy hour drinks or so we thought. I went in for the Deep Eddy and soda offered at $7. I ordered my grapefruit but they said even though they had it that wasn’t on special . Ok pennies more per drink but no. So now it’s time to step back. They told us that all their resorts were CAT friendly, so I called and actually NONE of them are. Remember Margaritaville honesty is the best policy. The Hilton we stayed in for two weeks was a very similar room but had a full size fridge and microwave, allowed our cat, included a decent breakfast and shuttle for half the price.

I decided to take my wife here for our anniversary. Unfortunately we were both under the weather (allergies, no fever). We still made the trip. The check in process was easy. We got a coupon for a couple of free margaritas at the restaurant. We walked around and visited the bar on the 4th floor before getting something to eat at JWB Grill. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious.. the margaritas weren't bad either ;). When we got to the room, the rise peerless and champagne were there as requested. The room was very spacious, worth a large sit down area. The bathroom was very spacious a well and included a walk in shower. We were very pleased with our stay and plan on another visit when we feel better.
