- BLBeth Lamkin5 days ago1.0I called the day we got to this hotel and let them know that there was animal hair all over our beds, the sheets clearly had been slept in, and our room smelled so bad. I called Monday to speak with a manager and they said he wasn’t in. I called again today to find out why I hadn’t heard from him. I’m really disgusted with how things have been handled after being in the hospitality industry myself for 15 years. I was bitten by bed bugs and have still not gotten a call back!

Oh and they tried to have us stay in a room with water damage, possibly from the fire suppression system? Anyway, steer clear for the next few months.
- AAAL alonzoOct 21, 20251.0First I’m a holiday inn member and when I made a reservation on line for this hotel they should of noted that it was under remodeling and if I would of known I would of never made a reservation, first of all no hot breakfast between Monday thru Thursday, in my room I could only get one channel on my tv , can’t take a nap in the middle of the day cause to much noise while under remodeling the elevator stops at every floor down even though nobody requested it, up is ok so.the WiFi sometimes works you’ve been warned even though the website doesn’t Warn you
- DKDrake KroghOct 17, 20251.0Very disappointed with our stay, they did state on the app that they were doing renovations and it should be done by September 30. We arrived October 15 and they were still doing renovations. Their gym and pool was not open and they only had hot breakfast on Friday. We did suspect bedbugs found in the bed, so we did not stay the night. The towels are really gross and my wife did find a bedbug on one of the towels. After speaking with staff, they did get us a new hotel room across the way at the Spark. This was the best part of this trip.
- KHKimberly HoganOct 16, 20251.0I don’t even know why the hotel is open ! We walked in to the hotel being renovated and if this was your home you would not even be able to live here ! The lobby is filled with construction equipment, new materials, old materials, garbage, and construction, painting and everything else you could think of going on. We were told during construction there is no one cleaning or doing any room service either. If you do not mind to hear construction noise, smell of paint, have no room service or funky rooms, then go ahead and book hear otherwise do not waste your money !
