    ⭐ RETALIATION FLAG — 1 STAR I attempted to check in at this property, a hotel i stay at 6 plus times a month and was hit with something I have never encountered at any Hilton a sudden “Do Not Rent” restriction with no explanation. Check In Timeline 1/7/2025 7:30pm I walked in to check in while my husband unloaded the car. I asked the front desk agent, Val, if any first floor rooms were available. She listed two standard rooms. I then asked if Room 152 was open. Val checked a physical room book, confirmed it was available, took my ID, entered my name, and asked for my phone number. The second she entered my number, she informed me I was flagged as “Do Not Rent.” She gave no reason and could not complete the check in. Val was professional this is not about her. Diamond Support Steps In I stepped outside and called Hilton Diamond Support. They reviewed my account and confirmed: No notes No complaints No flags No corporate reason I should be denied a room Nothing showing I’d ever had a problem with Hilton Diamond then contacted the property. Val confirmed there was a note from the hotel itself, saying not to rent to me but offered no justification. Diamond escalated: To the General Manager for an explanation And to a Diamond Supervisor internally. The Real Issue Diamond also reviewed my daughter’s account and confirmed she previously had multiple issues at this exact property bugs, noise, and unprofessional service. That situation: Has nothing to do with me Happened during her stay, not mine Should never affect another guest Is not a valid reason to deny me service I did not stay with her, I did not file those complaints, and I wasn’t involved. Lets makes one thing clear: This property likely flagged me in retaliation or simply decided it didn’t want to deal with anyone associated with prior complaints. That is unprofessional and completely contrary to Hilton standards. Bottom Line This hotel placed a restriction under my name without cause, without notifying Hilton, and without justification. This is: Retaliatory Unprofessional And unacceptable behavior from a Hilton branded property Until Hilton addresses this, I will not return and cannot recommend this location to anyone.

    People who travel with pets this hotel is spot on. I’m not certain if the rooms dedicated to dogs are all on the first floor but ours was and walking right to the door to outside was convenient. Lots of trash cans out by dog area so when you pick up after your dog easy to toss. We did not stay for breakfast however a very large area set up and I believe an area for people with pets as well. The room we had was clean, the bed comfortable, a refrigerator, plates, dishwasher. Good water pressure for a shower and best soap set up I have seen in a hotel in a while. Check in was easy, employees were helpful and welcoming. Will stay again.

    Me and my family stayed here for 6 days over Thanksgiving. I was more than pleased with our stay here. The room was clean and accomodating, breakfast was pretty decent although I'm still trying to understand the phrase "responsibly raised pork". I like my pork a little more irresponsible. But the staff were welcoming and friendly. Lastly the fitness room was probably the best I've ever used as far as hotels go. Keep up the great job! -Poppa Greene-
