    The hotel itself is good, but the TV in the room is old and the screen is very dark. I would like to compliment Zulma from housekeeping, who took great care of me throughout the week. She did everything she could to make sure I had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much, Zulma.

    I’m deeply disappointed with my recent discovery involving this hotel and feel it’s important to make others aware. In 2023, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Murfreesboro, Tennessee for a short period while I was in transition after being scammed by 2 apartment complex’s in Nashville. That was the only time I ever had contact with this property. Fast forward to 2025, while applying for assistance, I was informed that someone has been working under my name and Social Security number for over a year. The records trace back to the Hilton Garden Inn in Murfreesboro, through a company called Vensure. I have never worked there or authorized anyone to use my information. I’m still investigating how this could have happened, but the timing and connection are extremely concerning. I trusted the Hilton name to protect guest information, and it’s disappointing to even have to question whether my personal data may have been compromised after staying here. I hope management takes this review seriously and conducts a thorough internal investigation. Identity theft is devastating, and it’s alarming that someone could be employed under a stolen identity. Guests deserve to know their personal information is safe when staying at a Hilton property.

    I didn’t stay overnight this time, but as a Hilton Honors member, I stopped by to ask if I could use one of their conference rooms for about an hour to conduct a Zoom class for Hope’s Women Center. I explained that my current location had spotty service, and the front desk attendant was so kind and accommodating. They allowed me to use a conference room, offered water, and made sure I had everything I needed. The space was perfect for what I needed — quiet, clean, and ideal for my meeting. Excellent customer service and a great reflection of the Hilton brand!

    Really great experience for a work conference. Management went above and beyond when I needed something. Walking distance to all the other hotels for conference attendance. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.
