We were lied to and overcharged for our room. The staff said they matched the online cost from the official website, didn’t send an email confirmation, and overcharged us. When I called to get this corrected, I was screamed at on the phone by the front desk clerk. This person also lied about them being the one who charged us the day we stayed.
This is insane behavior! Whoever is working at the front desk should be fired for lying, scamming, and yelling at customers.

First, let me say the rooms were clean. Ours was missing the corner table and chair so there was only one place to sit. My issue came with the tall person who designed the bathroom. At being 5 foot tall, I had to stretch to reach the towels and the towel hook was out of reach. The sink was super high also, making it difficult to brush my teeth. On the other hand, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice place to say as you enter the lobby it is spectacular very nice met with the customer service representative Patty she was so sweet and nice went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable The rooms are clean the bathrooms are clean My only thing I did not like the carpet looks like it's 25-30 years old.. The only way they can make this place any better is to put vinyl plank down in the rooms other than that perfect stay would recommend to everyone

This is not a 3-star hotel. Older decor, no hand soap in bathroom, pillows thrown on the bed, heater inconsistent and has a mind of it's own, can hear it running, phone doesn't work and I haven't even slept here yet. Two star at best. Previous night I stayed at another Hampton Inn that was newer and very nice all around.

Unfortunately, this has been one of the most uncomfortable and poorly managed hotel stays I have experienced.
From the moment I checked into the Room, condition of the room was unacceptable. The room felt dated and unclean, with visible stains on the carpet. The bed sheets were wrinkled and unpressed, which gave the clear impression that the bedding may not have been properly changed prior to my arrival—something that is extremely concerning from both a cleanliness and hygiene standpoint.
Breakfast service was equally disappointing. Due to a large soccer team staying at the hotel, the breakfast area was completely depleted of food. There was only one employee cooking, resulting in a 30-minute wait just to receive eggs and waffles. This level of understaffing and lack of preparation significantly diminished the guest experience.
Additionally, the toilet in my room did not function properly. The tank would not refill correctly and the toilet ran continuously throughout the night. When I reported this issue, I was advised that maintenance does not work on weekends, and if the front desk could not fix it, there was nothing that could be done. I was also told I could not be moved because the hotel was sold out. Being forced to stay in a room with a malfunctioning toilet all night is completely unacceptable.
When I attempted to check out a day early due to these ongoing issues, I was told by Akhil at the front desk that he could not check me out early nor provide a receipt for my stay. I explained that I stay in hotels frequently and that this is not accurate. He then contacted Dawn Taylor, who also refused to check me out early or provide a receipt. This lack of basic customer service and refusal to accommodate a reasonable request was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
