    JOSIAH was the definition of Hilton Standard maybe even above. JOSIAH WAS VER KIND, AND INFORMATIVE. Very professional and courteous! Josiah made the stay even more amazing!!!

    Wish I could give this place a 5. Just a few things need updating and cleaning. Service is fantastic. Bed is very comfy. Pull out couch sucks. It needs a new mattress bad. There are stains on some things in the room that need to be updated anyways. Bed skirt, lamps, couch all have stain. Overall pretty clean though. No mold in the bathroom. Hot water and pressure was good. Best part of this place though was the people, breakfast, and cocktail hour or happy hour. We will be back for this price. Pool was good. I could actually breathe when I walked in and it wasn’t so hot I couldn’t stand it. Thank you.

    I arrived and the service seemed great and it was until I left. I had accidentally left an item on the night stand so I called back within an hour of leaving, inquiring about it, they pointed me to ill out a chargeback from to get the item. I gave them specific directions on where, color, make, and brand. They never 'found it' which would be near impossible because of the location of the item and the size. Because of this I believe that someone there on the staff found it and claimed it as their own. I would not recommend because of this. Once they got their money, I just became another customer and got pushed down the line to never be heard of again.

    I’m not sure if I’ve ever left a poor review and I am usually hesitant to do so, but I would like to spare others the trouble of staying here when there are better options in the area. We had multiple issues with our room and the service during our stay. We were here for four days and housekeeping never once came to our room. We asked for them to come and at least remove trash and provide more wash clothes but it never happened. The room also didn’t have soap or body wash when we arrived and we had to get it from another guest since again, no housekeeping. Additionally, our kitchenette sink made very loud gurgling noises anytime a neighbor ran their water, flushed their toilets etc. I am unable to upload a video on google but will try on another platform. We informed the front desk who said they would have engineering check it out but they never did. It was so loud it would wake us up at night. The walls are also quite thin so be prepared to hear your neighbors. Late check out is $50 for two additional hours and was also denied. I can understand this given how busy they were, but it was disappointing given the service and high nightly rate we paid. We spoke with the manager John upon checking out about our concerns and as others have mentioned in previous reviews, he was quite rude and unhelpful. We essentially were blamed and told we needed to call with our issues instead of speaking to the front desk staff directly about them. We were also lied to about engineering coming when we know they didn’t because the cups in the sink were never moved. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I can understand issues with plumbing, staffing levels, etc. but the failure to provide kind or hospitable responses to service failures is the difference that will have me staying elsewhere in the future.
