We found the front desk personnel very friendly and helpful and got us sorted out in no time. Sam got us a great, spacious room on the 4th floor with king bed, table and two chairs and then the normal fridge, microwave etc We did not use many of the facilities, but they looked great. I would stop here again if passing thru

Really nuts. Like something u would find at a sports bar Restaurant disappointed, breakfast mediocre and service with less than cheerful woman sure didn't help We ate dinner there 1 night and waited 40 min for our food, despite the fact only 3 small groups were in restaurant. Won't be staying there again
- MCMe CNov 2, 20254.0All ada rooms are on the 1st floor which is the 1st time I had ever seen in a hotel. The bed was not the most comfortable. Plenty of room in Ada room. Fridge is large. We went to check in about 4:15 and our room was not clean, however they did clean it and was ready in about 20 mins. There was a roll in shower however no chair or bench in shower. Didn't see a hair dryer. Closet and safe in room. Accessible rooms need to have an automatic door once you scan your key card. No free breakfast. There are plenty of options for food close by. We were booked by VA for long appt.

The beds are comfy, with 4 pillows per bed, the room was clean, the AC was cold (we like to sleep cold), the entire place is completely renovated, and the warm cookie always hits just right. It was extremely quiet, even though the hotel was packed (the parking lot was full and we had to park around back). My only complaint- and it is teeny tiny - is there is a pretty good size space between the door to the room and the floor. That gave me the creeps a little and it let light into the room (not much). I placed our shoes long ways along the space to block the light. We would definitely stay here again.
