Absolutely disgusting. Was charged a smoking fee, despite not smoking. Was told by placing trash in the trash can it was smoking. Hilton would rather you throw your trash in the parking lot.

Incredibly rude front desk staff. Sat at the front desk for like 10-15 minutes because I needed a towel and waters. I walked around the lobby and couldn’t find anyone. No one at the restaurant, Starbucks, or front desk. I called the front desk 4 times and knocked on the office door twice. Finally, on the second time I knocked, the girl came out and was so unbelievably rude. I told her what happened and she laughed in my face. She said “20 minutes?! No, you weren’t waiting.” I told her “yes I have been waiting for a long time and tried to call and knock” she laughed and flipped her hair and said “okay no you weren’t.” And slammed my waters down on the desk. Unbelievable.

Location is great! Hilton brand is usually on point. Check in exp was awesome! Service morning and so far is lack, front desk people act like you’re bothering them by asking questions. Overall I’m thinking I should have stayed at courtyard like my partner suggest. :(

Always stay at Hilton’s and loved a previous Tru so tried this one out. We didn’t like it. Beds were uncomfortable, service was not that great, complimentary breakfast was meh. Overall just wasn’t our usual Hilton experience. We came in town for a truck event and it was a convenient distance from the speedway. We will stay elsewhere for next years event.

A friend booked my room for me. The first night it took about 4-6 key cards because the key card reader wouldn’t read any of them. The front desk person had to come up to let me in. The next day I had to swap rooms because of it but I finally had key cards working so I could come and go. The next night there were screaming teens in the lobby after 10pm. Front desk person said he couldn’t do anything. The next morning I tried to get a drink at the Starbucks location. No one was there but there was a sign saying to ask the front desk for help with it. The person at the desk was mostly texting on her phone and barely looked up to assist me or other guests. I watched multiple guests try to approach her for help, but she was primarily texting on her personal phone. Unfortunately, I never got coffee and there were other guests not getting breakfast because the “restaurant” side was understaffed. I liked the rooms, amenities, and overall place, but the front desk staff were hit or miss. They also need more staff to run their restaurant area, Tru by Hilton breakfast, and the coffee area.
