Our stay at Home2 Suites in Mount Juliet truly became our home away from home. We were only looking for a comfortable place to stay during renovations, but what we found was something far more meaningful.
The hotel was clean, welcoming, and well maintained. It offered everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed the daily breakfast—it added a sense of routine and comfort that our family grew to appreciate. We even created a few small traditions during our stay that made the experience memorable.
What made this stay exceptional, though, was the people. The entire team showed a level of kindness and genuine care that is hard to come by.
A heartfelt thank-you to Mr. and Mrs. Orlando, Kayla, Noah, and especially Kris.
Each of them brought warmth, patience, and encouragement to every interaction. From the front desk to housekeeping and the breakfast team, everyone treated us with such sincere care.
We also loved that the hotel is pet-friendly, allowing our whole family to remain together.
We’ve stayed at a wide range of properties, including many upscale hotels, but this experience stands out as one of our most memorable. Not because of luxury, but because of the genuine hospitality and sense of community the staff created.
We are incredibly grateful and would return without hesitation.
My husband and I stayed in a king suite. We were there for 5 nights. It was amazing!!!
My husband had to work and was able to connect to the Wi-Fi easily. The room has an office space with a desk and light. It was easy for him to set up his laptop and computer screens. He appreciated that.
The room was very clean and comfy.
There’s an area to hang up clothes. It has an iron and ironing board. There’s also a dresser with drawers to put clothes away. The dresser had a Bible in it and I appreciated that.
The kitchen area has a microwave, full fridge with freezer, dishwasher, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, cookware, coffee machine and sink.
The bathroom had plenty of towels and hand rags. There was a hair dryer. The shower was very clean. It had great water pressure. The shampoo/conditioner the hotel provides is called Zero% We loved it so much I ordered some off Amazon to use at home.
The bed was clean and seemed fairly new. It was comfortable and spacious. The blankets, sheets and pillows were comfortable.
There was also a sitting area with a couch and ottoman. The couch pulls out to a bed.
The TV was nice, flat screen and easy to stream my favorite apps (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) There is a rolling table that came in handy while we ate because you can roll it up to the bed and put it back when you’re done. The air conditioning unit worked perfectly. You can use the thermostat to put the temperature at whatever you like and I love that!
The hotel has an indoor/outdoor pool, gym, lobby and plenty of outdoor seating areas with fire pits and comfortable seats. Also free parking!
The staff was friendly. Especially Amanda, we had an issue checking in (an error with card) and she resolved it within 5 minutes. She was patient and nice. The reception area also has a ton of snacks, drinks, milk, frozen dinners, ice cream, other necessities like medicine, (Tylenol, Benadryl, etc.) small laundry detergents, etc. Very convenient especially if you don’t want to leave.
The lobby has a coffee bar. I personally loved the coffee and thought it was delicious. The breakfast, that is included, was great! They offered bagels, waffles, muffins, fruit, eggs, sausage patties, chicken breasts (for biscuits) biscuits, cereal, oatmeal with a variety of add-ons like granola, chocolate chips, dried fruit, coconut flakes, peanut butter, etc. Everything we ate was really good!
There are a ton of places around the hotel. Restaurants, Target, gas stations, book store, nail salon, etc. Most are close enough to walk.
This is my 2nd time staying at a Home 2 by Hilton and I will never use another hotel. I have already recommended that my best friend use Home 2 for her next hotel stay. I will definitely be coming back here.
