- CPChristina PattenJan 2, 20265.0Easily the best stay of our cross country trip! This building and our room was clean and very spacious and comfortable. Great convenient location next to a shopping center and across the street are nice neighborhoods with a greenway path that was perfect for walking our dogs. I would definitely return to this location again and recommend it to anyone traveling with pets. Much much cleaner than other pet-friendly stays we have had. The pet fee is slightly higher than other hotels but was well worth it. The sound-proofing in the rooms was also great, plenty of people were there as it was New Year’s Day, but we didn’t hear any noise all night.

On the last day while we were checking out our cat got into a bathroom cabinet that can’t be open and she was too afraid to come out and it was approaching check-out time we contacted the front desk for help and Faizi the maintenance guy and the manager on duty was so fast, incredibly nice, reassure us the entire time that we are okay and that they will get us our cat. This has so far been the most professional and the sweetest service we ever received at a hotel. Cannot thank them enough:)) Pro: Good access to highway in order to get into Nashville. It is a little bit out of the way if you want to get wasted or go do excursions but I love the accessibility to other shopping areas and the amount of foods and gas stations nearby. Service staff was a sweetheart from morning shift to late night shift. Pool was clean. Parking was easy. Con: the room that we’ve stayed in could be a little cleaner. We found big food particles behind the bed where our cats can run through so we had to blocked it off with pillows. We also found stained on our pillows and bedsheets prior to using them to block off access to the back of the bed board. Beside that the wall is somewhat thin-ish so we did hear dogs barking randomly at night but hey it is a pet friendly so it’s okay.
