Instead of addressing the issue immediately, I was told that the matter will be forwarded to the hotel management and that I should expect a response within 3 days. This is not an acceptable resolution for a problem that affects basic comfort and hygiene. As a Hilton Gold member, I did not expect this level of service. Due to the lack of prompt assistance, I vacated yesterday from the hotel immediately . This experience has left me seriously reconsidering my loyalty to Hilton, as I do not feel valued or supported when facing an urgent issue during my stay.
