I stayed for COGIC Convocation and my experience was AWFUL. For 7 days my room never got clean. When I asked for clean towels at the desk I was handed unfolded towels. They lost my car keys. The TV had no signal for 2 days. They offered NO compensation!!! Corporate office only offered half day in points!!!!’😡

For a 3 star hotel, this isn't bad. Awesome location, right next to downtown and FedEx Forum. Only real complaints is that the rooms are obviously a little dated. Bathroom especially had crumbling vents and ceiling tiles. Also weirdly found a bag of pills in my room. Not bad for a night.
