When I asked for clean towels at the desk I was handed unfolded towels. They lost my car keys. The TV had no signal for 2 days. They offered NO compensation!!! Corporate office only offered half day in points!!!!’😡

Bathroom especially had crumbling vents and ceiling tiles. Also weirdly found a bag of pills in my room. Not bad for a night.
