However since fall of 2025, have not been able to book through Hilton website or app, but can call to book. Don't get points doing this. Management says they don't know when the "system" will be back up and running. Very inconvenient.

We didn't get charged the correct rate at first but a girl on 2nd shift named Autumn helped me get everything fixed and had my account refunded in seconds. She was such a sweet person and so very helpful.
