THIS RATING IS BASED ON COMPARISON TO OTHER HILTON HOTELS The only reason for this review is because I wanted to watch the news this morning on the lobby TV and front desk, Jonathan told me no. I asked why, he said he would get in trouble. I persisted to no avail. Normally I wouldn't care, but I have been working outside, on the road, for over 2 weeks without a day off and am tired of being in my hotel room. I just wanted to watch the news while I ate breakfast. There wasn't a single person in the lobby besides me and I already packed my truck so I'm leaving soon. I spend 25 of 30 days a month in a Hilton amd this is the first time I've been told no. May not be a big deal, but I have certain expectations when I stay at a Hilton. Hospitality is key, and this rubbed me the wrong way. POSITIVE: The night audit was very kind and moved me from the 4th to the 1st floor. She's the only reason I didn't list service as one star.

My husband was in the hospital next door fighting for his life and me and our children had to stay here to be close to him . The only complaint I have is the breakfast server Brenda had a problem with me and my children getting breakfast and she made a comment out loud after I got my son's plate saying it won't happen again!! When I return to get my plate she got the metal pan and spooned all the scrambled eggs up so there wasn't enough for my plate! It wasn't time to close breakfast and other families was still eating and getting waffles! The morning before she stood in front of the hot plate so nothing else could have been gotten! She was very rude and unprofessional! Me and my kids stayed 4 nights in this hotel because we live 45 minutes from the hospital! I asked her if she had a problem with me and my children getting breakfast and she said go talk to her manager! I did go talk to the manager and they informed me she's like that all the time! If this is the kind of staff you approve for employment in your hotel that's very unprofessional! I have worked for Hilton properties before and that is not Hilton hospitality! If she doesn't like her job then she needs to find another career path! My children and I didn't deserve getting treated like that when we were already going through the unimaginable..

Conveniently located. It's close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a short drive to Turkey Creek. It's also not too far to stay for a Tennessee Vol football 🏈 game.
