The room was dirty and run down at a level that would make someone reconsider the entire brand. Very dirty. Carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed well in a long time. Bedspread had visible stains. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Shower surround was cracked. Shampoo container was empty. Soap dispenser by the sink was falling off the wall. Bedside lamps were broken. Toilet leaked and loudly refilled every 15-20 minutes. But the front desk staff was friendly. We asked for our money back and that was done without trouble.

This place is due for a makeover. Patched up dusty carpet, ugh. I forget the young ladies name at the front desk, but she was a sweetheart and made sure to help me out no questions asked.

The room was vacuumed but not well. Along baseboards and cabinets was a thick layer of funk. Located next to local airport so expect a little bit of noise. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be actually.
- LALee AffholterDec 9, 20252.0Maintenance of facility was not the best. Carpet needs replacing and had to put HVAC in Emergency Heat to get any warmth, blower was very noisy. If you book a room book at the front of the hotel as the hotel backs up to I40, VERY NOISY. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was good.
