Very dirty, run down. Visible stains throughout the room. Sloppy patches. The room smelled like mildew. I wouldn’t let my toddler touch the carpet. Sad for the employees who have to work in these conditions.

Overall my stay at this hotel was a good one. What people mention about the highway noise is true but it didn’t bother me too much. The room a little outdated, mainly the rug. It was kind of bunched up in one area and had a hard time sliding out the rolling chair with the bunchy rug. Room was clean although would have been nice to get more than one towel and one wash rag for a 2 night stay. That being said, I’m sure if I had said something I would have gotten extra. The breakfast wasn’t bad. Typical hotel buffet. The staff here were very nice.

Rooms on the side of the interstate are extremely loud, kept me awake. Asked to be moved, they said sorry. Hot water is warm at best. I stay in a lot of Hilton hotels, this one is in the bottom 25%.

Stayed 2 nights. First room was horrible. Fridge didnt work, outlets didnt work by the beds, vent fan in bathroom didnt work. And the ceiling light fell on my brother from the bathroom ceiling. Told the front desk to see if we could move to different room. The lady responds with well if we have an empty room. Im like there 6 cars in the parking lot and you have 100 rooms here. Yes I want a different room please. She responds with well the bathroom vent probably works it's just quite. I said I build houses and vent dont work but thanks for your answer. Our room was moved for the second night. Alit if the carpet throughout the hotel was wrinkled and torn up in spots. Horrible flooring install. One elevator had several loose and broken tiles. Poorly up kept being a mewr location. Could definitely be better for the guest or appearance of the hotel. Won't stay again thats for sure

Not much more I can add to everyone else who had a horrible experience filthy rooms and the most horrible staff ever. I’m a Hilton honors gold member. Well I was. After this horrible experience I will be going next door to the Marriott. The worst part of staying here is no one cares. Not one person was ashamed of this place. Embarrassing for Hilton
