Rooms looked “updated”. However under a desk they had electrical cords coming out a wall with no outlet cover. The noise was insane. Our door was bent, crooked so this didn’t help with noise control of the very busy main road. (All times of the night it sounds like cars are racing ) Breakfast is a joke. It’s cereal and some yogurt with your choice of bread. Asked for extra blankets and they didn’t have any at the front because house keeping forgot to bring them to them. Walls are very thin. Stayed on the 3rd floor and the people above us were loud as crap. The smell of weed was everywhere, people were smoking outside their rooms on the first and second floor (this is suppose to be a smoke free hotel even outside the rooms).

By far the worst Hilton property I have stayed in. I have been a Diamond member for over 10 years and primarily stay in Hilton properties when I travel. We were driving through Kodak TN and decided to give Spark by Hilton a try having never stayed at on of those properties. Worse mistake ever. Thin walls lumpy beds and kids running up and down the balcony all night long. We will never stay in a Spark by Holton property again.

First time trying a Spark by Hilton. Not sure if all are like this, but this appears to be a refurbished motel for over 100$/night. The interior was nicely updated. But as motels are, the walls were thin and thus you can hear your neighbor, and the doors open right up to the lot. Unfortunately the road outside is very loud and you can hear a lot. The door was thicker than the typical cardboard motel though. Nice lady working the front desk. Parking lot was new and nice. Nice for what it is, nothing exciting. Place to sleep.

Edit to add pictures and comments after brand response: the room I stayed in was “finished” as I was told. Lots of issues in the “finished” room. My balcony was overlooking the Winnfield Dunn Parkway, I could hear traffic literally 24/7. Location wise, this was a great place to build, and it’s great to see the Days Inn rebranded into a Hilton, BUT this could have been done better. I was watching contractors installing the “new” pieces, cheap plastic looking sconces and whatnot. Honestly Hilton gave this previously bed bug ridden motel a landlord special and painted over the cosmetic issues so they could charge more. This was a Days Inn like 4 months ago and you can tell. I stayed back in August, advised of the clear issues, and plan to stay again/visit during my annual visit in 2026 to see if the same issues are still there from my stay during the remodel process. A month ago there were reviews on the Days Inn google page that said it was still trashy bad.

I love the room and I can tell they went through a recent remodel we have stayed here in the past. It is close to family and buc-ee's is a bonus. But this place needs some sort of sound barrier if you stay on the front side of the motel facing the road. It sounds like a drag strip half the night. Chris at the front desk the manager I believe is extremely helpful. And always pleasant to be around. The guy definitely deserves a raise and a company car. Anyways I'm sure we will be back hopefully the rates don't go crazy now that it is a Hilton spark
