My family and I stayed at this hotel (Spark Hilton in Kodak, TN) on Dec. 31 2025. We had rooms 114 and 116. In 114 (my room along w some family) we pulled back the sheets and they were dirty. A wad of hair that was not ours was in the bed, plus other stains that were not ours. Also, in the shower (where there is always a supply of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in attached refillable bottles), there was no shampoo whatsoever, and no body wash. When I called the front desk to report these issues, the front desk attendant seemed completely bothered that I called at all, sighed repeatedly, and acted as though helping me was the most inconvenient task he had to do that night. His first suggestion was that we pack all of our things and change rooms (this was about midnight). When I asked if he could bring me clean sheets instead, he again seemed very inconvenienced, impatient, upset but responded with, "Sigh. I guess I could do that." I would never recommend this hotel.
As far as breakfast: I know it's a complementary continental breakfast, so I knew it might be bagels and waffles and such as that. But it was really kind of pitiful. There was one banana, a few apples that looked like they had been there a few days, a selection of cereal, and some boiled eggs. Prepackaged muffins and some bagels were offered, but the coffee was terrible and the atmosphere sparse and lacking. One family member ate muffin and bagel, but we all decided to just skip the breakfast and go somewhere else.

By far the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. I am a member of Hilton honors club I travel all over and only stay with these hotels.
I asked a question about an extra 100.00 fee charged to my card the associate Chris who works at this location obviously has zero customer service skills. The yelling and saying get out of the hotel if you don’t like the fee was completely unacceptable. The girl at the front desk was very nice although would not give the business card for the manager of this location only his name “ Patel “ The hotel also states recently remodeled and it is nothing like the Hilton’s I typically stay with the road noise alone keeps you awake all night. For the price of this location and the unbelievably horrible customer service I would never recommend this place to anyone. When I travel to Kodak I’ll stay at the Hampton Inn. I strongly suggest others to do the same don’t ruin your trip by staying here.

The rooms were updated and in pretty good shape, but there was a water leak in the bathroom that sprayed water on the ceiling.
The noise was insane. Being on a busy main road, cars sounded like a race track all hours of the night. Had to wear my earphones to get to sleep. I don't think having a Buckee's so close helped.
The shampoo and conditioner were nice.
This morning, the smell of weed was everywhere.

Very cozy and clean room, smell fresh, look like recently renovated hotel. They have everything what you need. Better than cross the street hotel for sure.

I trusted the Hilton app to find and book a hotel on a road trip a couple of hours away from stopping for the evening. Never again. This place is an overpriced motel. There is a reason the photos don’t show the exterior or the bathrooms in the app. One photo of the exterior would reveal the exterior walkways and room doors. As it turns out, it used to be a Days Inn—thanks Hilton! It was as noisy as being in your car on the side of the interstate. The room fan/heat didn’t work. The bathroom floor and bathtub were not clean.
