    Room wasn't ready when we arrived at check in time. We left came back and the room still was ready over an hour later. The manger promised to add point so I would receive a free stay. I never received the free stay.

    I visited the Home2 Suites in Johnson City on the evening of October 26 around 9:00 p.m. I asked the front desk attendant, Angie, if there were any cold waters available, as I prefer not to drink room-temperature water. She informed me there were none. I mentioned that the manager has previously provided me with one from the cooler in the back, but she replied that there weren’t any available and that if I took one from the cooler in the front, I would be charged. Her response came across as very rude and dismissive. As a Diamond Member who has been loyal to Hilton for over ten years, I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy and hospitality. Additionally, I’ve noticed that the staff at this location rarely greet guests—no “good morning,” “good afternoon,” or “good evening.” The only person who consistently acknowledges guests is the General Manager. I believe the staff at this property could benefit from additional customer service training to ensure that all guests, especially loyal members, feel welcomed and appreciated. - Claudette Thompson
