I stayed for two nights. The first room that I was assigned had a terrible sewer gas odor that they said was due to water levels in the toilet. It gagged me in the morning. This hotel is in disrepair and needs to be closed for renovation. The furniture in the breakfast area is so worn that it is impossible to clean. Morning coffee was cold and the oatmeal had a few inches of water on top until I stirred it. The microwave had a puddle of water on the turntable and the employee that prepped the breakfast sat in the lobby after she finished her shift arguing with someone for an extended period of time about giving a reference to a third party for a apartment. The carpet going into the elevator is a trip hazard. The road noise on the side with the odd numbered rooms is deafening. The staff at the counter were okay. I have stayed in lots of Hampton Inns over the years I traveled for work and have never been disappointed in the past. Stay away from this location.

Since the beds are too high for me to safely get in and out of because of disabilities we have found that using the rooms with the king beds and fold out sleeper sofa works best for us. However in this room it was so crowded that even my husband had a hard time getting around. There was no bedding for the pull out sleeper. We had to call and then call again for a pillow case. The coffee in the lobby was like warm the three times we tried it. Staff was friendly and willing to correct the problems, however, most of them shouldn't be happening. The size of the room I wouldn't have mentioned if there wasn't so many other problems.
