  Everything about this hotel was perfect! Great breakfast, comfortable bed, walk in shower, service and front desk was amazing. I would stay here every time I come to Jackson! Also ur right around the corner from all ur shopping places and food!

  The staff and rooms were okay. They took care of basic needs. However the hotel itself is so close to the access road and the interstate that it was almost impossible to sleep. Very, very noisy. Our room was also the room next to the elevator for added noise issues. This chain is good, but will not stay at this one again.

  The rooms are clean & nice, the bed is comfortable! The only reason I do not like it is the location! It's right near the highway & it's loud all the time!

  I like these very clean, basic but stylish rooms. I would rather have these rooms because the carpet at some places are a big problem.Hilton are my #1 choice when traveling for work. I will say the room I stayed in hears more than usual noise from the thruway but over all the staff was very nice. I still give it a 5 star because everything else is so clean.

  Even though I did not stay at this location. I need to point out to people. This particular location wants more as a two-star hotel than the three star plus DoubleTree by Hilton across the road. I use Tru a lot in VA & NC. One of the main reasons is the price it is a basic hotel. The number one complaint I have for the whole thing is there's claim to use streaming services you have three YouTube Disney and Apple. When it comes to using YouTube you actually can't. I pay for you too I have thousands of movies on YouTube but I cannot view them. When you login with your account you have to fight with the system to get out of them wanting you to see every reason to use their hotel to get to the home screen of YouTube where you are signed in but when you try to watch a movie you own or rent a movie etc it crashes. This needs to be addressed and I've reported it for months. But this particular location won't in such a higher price than their sister hotel with a better rating and a higher star rating was just ridiculous to me and their attitude on the phone they should be dealt with. At least at the DoubleTree by Hilton there's coffee in the room there's a microwave in the room and a refrigerator. True you do not get a free breakfast but if you go out and get your own food the night before you can save a little bit of money. But at least you can enjoy it in your room. So this particular location I recommend everybody stay away from just because they charge way more as a two-star hotel than their own sister hotel down the road which has a better store rating.
