  Outstanding hotel, clean, room is amazing, and Leah Lawrence the GM helped me out with my reservation and went above and beyond. She's fantastic.

  The whole hotel is new and overall it’s nice. However, no one is tempted to keep this place clean. I stay for one night on a Saturday. From the time you get in the elevator to the time, I got to my room experience nothing but filth. My room was definitely barely cleaned by housekeeping is it still had chargers in the room from the previous guest? There was also quite a bit of soap scum in the shower, and I had to actually clean it myself before I could use it. Pretty sad for a new hotel. I miss breakfast, but it did look like they had plenty of options and decent food. Front desk workers were OK.

  NO EXCUSE HILTON. You have a coin only laundry and a "cashless hotel"..... and can't provide any? No excuse one bit. Tell me..where and who will give you $6 in quarters besides a bank? NO ONE will! I tried!!!! Get a stock of quarters and make them available. Why go to Homewood when Residence Inn has free laundry with soap provided??!! This is not the only HILTON in Jackson TN,. TRU Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2Suites lack common sense to have rolls of quarters on hand. Better off going to a laundromat than having hopes of doing laundry as advertised in your hotel.

  The first night was fantastic, the room was spotless! We came back on the way home excepting the same fabulous clean room and it was gross! But to their credit, they inspected the room and saw how bad it was and gave us another room, it was not much better if any at all but we were exhausted so settled in for the night. Seeing how bad it was they didn't charge us and assured us they would fix the problem. I trust they will as they were terribly embarrassed. They were very nice about it all. The first morning was a Tuesday and the breakfast cook was amazing, friendly and kept the breakfast bar immaculate and well stocked. She really loves her job and showed it! The person on Monday morning was unfriendly, they ran out of bread, jam and napkins, had to scrape the chafing dish for eggs and their were food scraps all over the counter. Clearly a staff problem for there to be such a contrast. If you want an amazingly clean room ask for one cleaned by Lissa. Sweet girl!
