  Our stay in Jackson was very pleasant. Based on prior reviews, at check in we asked that we be in a clean room as we were traveling with an infant. Jenna went out of her way and went to check our room for us before sending us to it. The room wasn’t satisfactory to her standards so she moved us to a different room. The rooms are nice, ample space and comfort for your family. We also traveled with our dog, the hotel is very accommodating for pets, with a treat station at the front desk for them. Breakfast the next morning was good and had hot coffee.

  We've enjoyed our 2 stays here twice since it's opened. It's been open since February 2025 according to employees. Our first visit in October was good except the toilet was clogged and they don't have on-site maintenance. We had to use the bathroom hoping it wouldn't overflow and go to the lobby bathroom we checked out. The second visit January 1st was great. Jenna was great and very accommodating. There weren't any luggage carts we could find so Jenna went to another floor to find one for us. The room pillows were very soft and we needed some extras to sit up in bed and Jenna found us some and we picked them up since she was the only staff member. I do believe they should have 2 people on staff to relieve the weight of the employees. Overall this was a great hotel, clean, easy access off freeway and great breakfast. We saw several people with their dogs, so I assume they were good for that as well. About 3-5 miles away is a great huge exit with great food and shopping. We would definitely stay there again.

  Quick review here from our quick stay on our way through TN 😄. Overall nice hotel in very convenient location. Appreciated the attention to noise and light (many places have way to many small lights from appliances/smoke detectors in the rooms you can't do anything about ). Rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was tasty, staff was nice and helpful. We had a 5th person on the pull out couch (suite room) and they said it was one of the best hotel ones they have slept on. Overall definitely would stay here again given the choice.

  We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay during our overnight stop while driving back to NC. Jenna was extremely friendly and gave us a warm welcome, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The next morning, Ken was wonderful and very helpful during breakfast. Great location, kind staff, and a comfortable place to stay.

  We stayed at this hotel on 2 separate occasions while traveling to/from TX & OH for Christmas. It’s a newer hotel in a convenient location. What little interaction we had with employees, they were friendly & helpful. The main issue with this hotel is by far uncleanliness. The floor was dirty, had visible dirt (like it had never been vacuumed), the pull out bed mattress had stains, & the shower floor looked like it had never been scrubbed (visible mold, mildew, soap scum). But by far the worst was we stayed in the exact same room on both visits (6 days apart!) and the fitted sheet on the bed had not been changed!!! I had pj pants that (annoyingly) left blue fuzzies everywhere & they were still on the sheets the 2nd time we stayed here 6 days later!!! Extremely gross!
