- JKJohn K6 days ago1.0Nice hotel but really hate pulling down the comforter and finding what could only be the unmistakable curl of pubic hair on the (I’m assuming) unwashed sheets. Maybe these hotel chains should consider lowering their rates since they are clearly skimping on washing and cleaning.

Thing's aren't always perfect in hospitality, which is why having a great front of house team is so important. Jenna and Kerri are a dynamic duo when it comes to handling volume and problem solving. They made the stay excellent and are paragon for Hilton values.

The breakfast offerings looked as good as they tasted. We especially liked the spinach danishes with the jalapeno ranch sauce and grits. Everything was good to eat and the plates were warm. The only negative thing was the bed. The pillows were very flat, almost useless. Why on a king size bed would you just put 3 pillows on it? Additionally, the bed itself was one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I've ever tried to sleep in. Notice that I said, tried to sleep in. I didn't get any sleep at all the 1st night. I was sore and sleepy when the morning came. I slept on the sofa the 2nd night of our stay. My husband slept on the floor. We are Hilton Honors Reward members and we've never had an experience like this before. We'll stay at Hampton Inn across the interstate on our next trip to Jackson, TN. If it had not been for your staff, my scoring for this hotel would have been only 1 star. You should want your customers to be comfortable when they lay down in the beds.
