There is so much mold on the shower grout in room 414 I was transformed from disgust to fascination. How could Housekeepers look at this mold day after day, year after year, and just… leave it to grow? How have other people who stayed here not left reviews about it? Why does a Hampton property tolerate this grossness? So many questions.

Devote B is an absolute treasure for this hotel! He check us in the night we got there and worked through the second night of our stay as well. He was so friendly, accommodating, and helpful sense we aren't from the area. He helped us with spots to eat while in town. The staff in the morning was nice as well everytime they seen you it was a good morning or hello how are you. Hotel was clean and comfortable even though its by the expressway you can't hear that at all and im a light sleeper. We will be back to Tennessee in a few months and will be booking again. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality Devonte my husband and I enjoyed our stay and the conversations.

I highly recommend this location! We had been driving for 10 hours with our dog and needed a place to rest that was pet friendly. Devonte, who works the front desk was super professional and friendly and Heavenly ( her name says it all) was absolutely the best part of our stay! I met her preparing breakfast ( which was absolutely delicious compared to most hotel breakfast). She was so kind, friendly and accommodating, and her beautiful bright smile made her very approachable when I needed help with the waffle machine! She is the reason for my five star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I couldn't recommend my friends or family to stay here.
Booked a room while, confirmed with Amber over the phone on that morning and they were great.
Check-in is 4pm but the room is not ready and we are told 30-60 additional minutes by the attendant due to a shortage of housekeeping staff.
We asked about options for sister hotels, other rooms, ect... and was told our options were to wait or cancel the reservation.
After sitting in the hot and dusty lobby, the attendant approached to offer us water and inform us there may be a floor level room in 25 minutes.
This was a good customer service move and I appreciate the thoughtfulness.
By this point we had experienced issues with the women's restroom soap dispenser and noted several large bugs atop the inside lobby curtains.
As a guest, cleanliness is a non-negotiable for hotels.
With our confidence shaken in the Hampton Inn, we canceled our reservation.
I doubt we will book with them again at any location, there are too many hospitality providers in Madison County that get this right.
