    The service unfortunately was horrible. There was a half naked man walking up and down the halls in the middle of the night, smoking cigarettes yelling for someone named “Allen” which woke us up and then he started banging on our door and the other doors near us. Terrifying. I notified the front desk but it continued. I met a couple who were checking out early because of it. The house cleaning lady was clearly in a bad mood that day and the next because she felt it necessary to bang her cart on EVERYTHING and then slam every door she came in contact with. The electronic key is a great concept but it didn’t work half the time. Front desk people were just rude when I asked for help. The room was nice. The lady who oversaw breakfast was very nice. The star is for her. Never going back.

    Very nice lobby. Check in was quick, reserved a room prior to showing up. Called ahead to let them know I'd be in late, about 3am, not an issue. Very clean room. Nice neat cool, it was still 68 degrees at 3am... last bit of warm days, as we head into Fall. I'd stay here again.
