    Over all pretty good. Shower wasn't cleaned, they just sprayed the floor and left it. Almost killed myself getting in. Pillows we're very supportive. But friendly staff, clean rooms, good location. Close to lots of food and shopping.

    Im giving this three stars because of Tim who was working the front desk this morning. He was delightful and helpful and patient - an excellent representation of Hampton Inn. It would be five stars but your employee, Jim, who worked the night before was less than friendly. He may have been having a bad night, but he was unfriendly the night before also. The hotel itself was clean and a decent place to stay, but Jim's personality left us thinking he just didn't care about his job. Hope his days get better.

    The service unfortunately was horrible. There was a half naked man walking up and down the halls in the middle of the night, smoking cigarettes yelling for someone named “Allen” which woke us up and then he started banging on our door and the other doors near us. Terrifying. I notified the front desk but it continued. I met a couple who were checking out early because of it. The house cleaning lady was clearly in a bad mood that day and the next because she felt it necessary to bang her cart on EVERYTHING and then slam every door she came in contact with. The electronic key is a great concept but it didn’t work half the time. Front desk people were just rude when I asked for help. The room was nice. The lady who oversaw breakfast was very nice. The star is for her. Never going back.
