- TOtravis odom4 days ago1.0I have stayed here a couple of times, both times had bad issues. 1st trip room was not ready said it would be about 2 more hours. This was at 530pm. I said just give me another room. They did and they have no do not disturb signs. So I put my own on the door. Didn't mean crap they came in anyway. I told front desk and he was like sorry we are new. Now back to this last week I tried again well same thing they came in and threw my note away. They went through my suitcase and threw away a bag I had of receipts on the bed, and a bag I used for my shoes. Now I am beyond pissed I went to the desk and they now have door hangers but won't put them in the rooms. She tried to get some one to ask about it. It was too late my rights had been violated. I have reason why I prefer Noone in my room and they act like no big deal. Be aware of staying here and put your cameras up when you leave the room. I really hope better training comes to this team. All the staff have been very nice that I dealt with just cleaning team needs training.

- POPamela OlesenOct 29, 20252.0The rooms were lacking in a lot of things you'd expect in a hotel room, terrible lighting, no place to work just a dinky little rolling table, no seating besides just sitting on the bed, inadequate space and hangers to hang up clothes, no tissues and the cheapest darn toilet paper you had to use four times as much to "be safe". The beds looked like the sheets had been wadded up before being put on the bed. Breakfast was nothing special. I'm a Hilton person but will not stay at another Tru. It seems to be a theme.

Staff are extremely nice and helpful. I missed the breakfast time and a young man made me eggs and sausage… 20 minutes after they closed down! I will always look for a Tru Hilton
