- TLTony LongSep 17, 20252.0I'm a Diamond member and stay in hotels almost every week, and this hotel is long overdue for an update. Zipper on the mattress cover was busted open. Furniture and overall conditions of hotel was very shabby compared to most Hampton Inns. Rooms were smaller than most Hampton Inns. Pool had algae and a health department rating in the 80's posted on the wall. To top it off, I requested, and was given, a late check out so that I could conduct an important business Zoom call on my laptop from the room... Even with the privacy sign and door bolted, the maid knocks repeatedly then proceeds to open the door in the middle of my conference call.
