This is what we found in our tub and the guy at the front desk could have cared less, and to make matters worse, we had already left another hotel because of the same thing, I will defiantly post this all over Facebook and tell everyone I know not to stay here

Rooms were clean and quiet. Parking lot was decent. Not far from food and fuel. Great spot if you’re looking to stay close to Nashville without spending too much and are willing to drive 25 minutes to downtown.

It worked well but could be better. It seems little not maintained well enough to get high rating. Still works. Breakfast variety is not enough. Can be little cleaner. Room size can be little wider. Better if we see more smiles from them too.

I'm a Diamond member and stay in hotels almost every week, and this hotel is long overdue for an update. Zipper on the mattress cover was busted open. Furniture and overall conditions of hotel was very shabby compared to most Hampton Inns. Rooms were smaller than most Hampton Inns. Pool had algae and a health department rating in the 80's posted on the wall. To top it off, I requested, and was given, a late check out so that I could conduct an important business Zoom call on my laptop from the room... Even with the privacy sign and door bolted, the maid knocks repeatedly then proceeds to open the door in the middle of my conference call.

My family of six didn’t have a good experience with the three room we decided to rent for the night! 😔Sadly, the sheets had yellow and brown marking, toilets wasn’t clean or flushed, and missing soap!! I wouldn’t advice any to come to this hotel.
