  Hotel called day of arrival and informed us that they could not honor our 7 day stay due to the National Guard extending reservations and were oversold. The front desk agent who called us stated they were able to secure a 1 night stay at a Hampton down the road. When we asked about the other 6 nights of our stay we were left with no answers and they said the Hampton could only take us for 1 night and offered no other solution. When we informed them that they are responsible for finding us accommodations for all nights booked the same front desk agent said we could talk to the GM the next day and once again offered no other solution and simply stated they were going to cancel our reservation and we needed to find other accommodations on our own. We have been e-mailing with the GM and others with Hilton since this day with no help in paying for our other accommodations (which is practice when you walk a guest). If we were Diamond the hotel would also have to give over cash, sadly we are only Gold. I'm writing this in hope that the hotel / management company / Hilton will finally live up to its promises. I'm sure you know who we are at this point, but if you would like to offer a contact number you can be reached at I'm happy to spend more of my time so you can right this wrong. I just attempted to call and you both are gone for the weekend so I will try again Monday. Yes, this was at your hotel under my wife's name. How many people did you do this too if you don't even know which reservation this is for? We have tried Krystal's e-mail many times and she keeps blowing us off only offering to cover 1 night stay. Hotel is responsible for all nights not just one. I greatly look forward to connecting on Monday!

  Me and my boyfriend stayed here for two nights, and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff were very kind and welcoming. What I appreciated the most was the cook. I didn’t get her name, but me and my boyfriend do not eat pork, and she brought us out some chicken so we could enjoy our breakfast. We will definitely be back.

  Nice Homewood suites. Its clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast lady is great. The gym shouldn't be called a gym. It is a bike, an elliptical, and a treadmill in a closet. There is no bench or any other equipment. The pool is outside. The breakfast is ok. Some rooms have kuerigs. It is on a nicer and safer spot. There is not much walkable but big names gyms, grocery stores, liquor stores, gas stations, and a walmart less than 5 minute's drive away. I'd stay again if I were to come to Memphis. Most places in Memphis are 20 min or less from here due to the proximity to the highway.

  Had a well- rested comfortable and quiet time here. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was hot , tasty, clean, organized and on time- kitchen staff was also super friendly. Rooms were kept, organized and clean. Will definitely come back again.

  Wonderful stay – warm and welcoming! I am having a lovely stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Germantown, TN (near Memphis). The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the front desk staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. I’m staying here in December, and the holiday decorations are absolutely beautiful — warm, tasteful, and truly put you in the holiday spirit. The lobby feels cozy and inviting, and it’s such a nice place to relax and unwind. Overall, this has been a great experience so far with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Germantown/Memphis area.
