Refused to have housekeeping set up sofa bed. Made 3 separate requests for linens for the sofa bed. Pool was closed. Breakfast was extremely limited with minimal food out. Over all disappointed in quality of stay. Nicest person was security guard.

We ate at the restraunt on the Hilton side, food was good and staff were nice! Our room was perfect for my husband, daughter and myself (they had a pull out bed for her). Breakfast was consistent every morning and had the usual options you find maybe a few better like actual fried eggs or omelets. We used the well equipped gym and the laundry room. I can say that the thing we enjoyed most was the front desk staff! Natalie, Tessa, Tyler, Dallas, Darrell were so nice! Ms Lalita was especially sweet and my daughters favorite! Even gave her a birthday present from everyone while we were there! Teon does a great job running the place and talked with us often about our stay! She also was so caring, accommodating and another of my daughters favorites! Thank you all for making us feel like family staying at your house!
