- KNKate NormanDec 4, 20252.0I’ve stayed her for about a month and the fire alarm went off 6-7 times, with twice being at 7am each time for 30 minutes and I had to sit in my car as it was 35 degrees out. No explaination, email, text from the hotel. Second shift lady at the front desk has an attitude anytime you speak to her like she hates her job. Was literally just asking for towels. She checked me in originally and was mean the entire time. Pull out bed had crumbs and pistachios in it. Carpets are filthy in the hall. I found crumbs and a beer cap in the silverware drawer. WiFi never works. Cleaning staff are extremely loud when cleaning rooms. Walls are sooooo thin

Refused to have housekeeping set up sofa bed. Made 3 separate requests for linens for the sofa bed. Pool was closed. Breakfast was extremely limited with minimal food out. Over all disappointed in quality of stay. Nicest person was security guard.
