Room was not ready upon check in, shower was not cleaned, and I waited over 3 hours for my TV to be fixed. Someone had removed a battery from the remote and HDMI cord from the TV. Can be frustrating when you just want to just check in and relax, tried to be as understanding as possible.

I can't say the same about every Hilton property, but I never encountered one staff member at this location who wasn't smiling and treated me wonderful. I wish I could remember all their names. The room was very clean and the bed slept incredible. I want one of these beds for my own personal bed, haha. I will definitely book this hotel again!
