We were in town for a travel sports team and this was referred to us by friends. We made a reservation online and asked for a 2 bed room, they were overbooked and they only had king rooms left. The room size is ok, but a bit run down. Couch had several stains, the toilet was broke and the shower did not get above warm. I mentioned the issue 2x. Came back and the beds were not made nor were the rooms even touched. The breakfast was below par, fake scrambled eggs, some fruit, no bananas, or yogurt, the gentleman in the dining area was not friendly. The price paid for value received was beyond disappointing. The best thing this hotel has going for it is the location. I could have saved $100+ by choosing a different hotel for similar accommodations.

As some have mentioned, this location is not up to normal standards. First we attempted check in, about an hour before official time, knowing the answer might be no. You would have thought we asked something incredibly hard. She was very rude and instead of politely telling us no, she acted as if we irritated her to ask. After finally getting our room an hour after check in, no one was at the front desk. Thank goodness for digital keys. The room had a weird odor and there was a thick layer of yellow scum on the shower floor and side. All of this for over 300 a night? No thank you.

Very nice Hampton Inn in Germantown. Rooms were nice and cool. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Located close to some good restaurants for dinner. Breakfast was good! Very satisfactory stay!

This place is not as nice as it seems online. The luggage carts are old and rickety. There are stains and unclean walls that looks like there have been many pets and not proper cleaning. The room was not cleaned properly. The desk was sticky and had a dried spill. The bathtub was dirty and the furniture was really beat up.

Spent 5 days this past week at the Hampton inn Germantown for a multigenerational family trip. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and the staff was top tier. The area is safe, beautiful, and clean. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and the Memphis attractions are accessible by car. My only complaints are the lighting in the rooms is very dim and the windows are on the smaller side. Also, the gym is extremely small, but I was able to adjust enough to stay on program when it was not crowded by other guests. Finally, this hotel is pet friendly and guests did bring their dogs to breakfast while other guests were eating. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again during my next visit.
