We had a wonderful stay for a work trip, we got checked in by Mark who was fantastic and a great conversationalist. Then we were greeted the following with you guessed it, Mark again! Always a good laugh and smiling face in the lobby.
Rooms were clean and great, ac wonderful. Will be back anytime I need to be in Gallatin for work again.

Upon arrival, we were notified that the kitchen was closed for dinner due to a lack of staff and that the bar would be closed all weekend for the same reason. Also, there was no chef on Sunday morning or this morning. Also, I had to deal with people being noisy in the room that was the in the room on the floor above mine after “quiet hours,” all three nights that I stayed there.
My clients were very unhappy that the kitchen was closed for dinner service, and it’s appalling that you would charge $12.99 or whatever for runny powdered eggs, lukewarm sausage links, and a paltry fruit salad. Also, what’s the point of enforcing having guests placing a credit card for “incidentals” on file when there’s no restaurant to charge anything to???

We were in town for a wedding and I cannot say enough about this hotel. It was so clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, coffee in the morning, cookies in the afternoon and areas to lounge around instead of your room. I am a snob for cleanliness working for a company who develops, designs and builds hotels and truly appreciate all of the work that goes into this hotel. Thank you!

Hotel is new and rooms are decent for the price. The hotel staff, specifically the manager (Christy) was rude, argumentative and all around completely unhelpful. The task was simply checking into two hotel rooms and it turned into alot of back and forth that was unnecessary and was even worse when attempting to change the card on file. She is either woefully incompetent or intentionally counter productive. I strictly stay at Hilton hotels as a diamond member, I would rather check into a motel 6 than have to deal with someone with that much attitude for simply asking them to do a job theyre paid to do.
