- SMStacey MooreNov 10, 20253.0Customer service was great, and everyone was friendly. The rooms and bathroom were tiny! I have never seen a room so small. We had a king bed; there was no seating to watch tv, so we had to sit on the bed to watch. Only two towels and two washcloths in the room. The toilet paper was horrible. The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable. The bed was very uncomfortable, so we didn't get much sleep and neck, back and hips hurt the next morning. There were no travel toiletries in the bathroom. They did have full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as hand soap and lotion. I forgot makeup face wipes to remove makeup and there was not one in the room. Most hotels these days do provide at least one. I just expected more out of Hilton. The hotel was very clean and so was our room. The free breakfast and coffee were very good, however, I would probably not stay at this hotel again if in the area based on the bed and pillows alone.
