The fan in the heating/AC unit runs continuously 24/7 without respite - no matter what your cooling or heating settings - even turning off the heating/cooling will not stop the fan from running. There is a clear sign in the room about the problem with the fan. See attached picture. The fan cannot be disabled, and the noise from the fan is loud. The room is small so there is no escaping the noise pollution coming from the fan, and the sound fills the room. This problem should be disclosed to potential guests BEFORE they make their reservation, not AFTER they have already moved into the room. I would avoid this hotel if desiring a quiet night's rest. The service performance rating is also downgraded because the staff has received this complaint from guests in the past, and the staff promised they would find a solution to the noise problem, but they have done nothing to resolve it.
