The Harpeth is elegant but not stuffy, and very family friendly. At reception, August was fantastic and handled a cranky traveler ahead of us in line with grace and patience, she and the whole team are wonderful. The only changes I’d make are a few tweaks to make it more disability and elderly accessible.

The staff at the time wasn't as warm and welcoming and didn't acknowledge my status with the brand. This time around, ALL the staff was absolutely amazing, especially Ivory. Ivory apologized for our previous experience and went above and beyond to make up for it, with empathetic actions and superb customer service. We will definitely be back!
