Every employee was a first class professional from valet to front desk to room service. The hotel is beautiful and is a great venue for groups, couples or individuals. If there were things to improve to the courtyard suite (and these are minor nits) that I stayed in, I would 1. ask for a better setup for the in-room steamer. There are robe hooks in the bathroom and had there been a wall plug I could have had a perfect setup. 2. Trash cans near the sink. 3. Available iron upon request (should a guest not find the steamer adequate). 4. A mirror in the room beyond the ones in the bathroom. Again, these are minor nits as no place is perfect, but THH is close. And I will definitely be returning.
