When I checked in my room smelled horribly like someone had just used the bathroom there was water on the toilet and floor. Then upon checking my toilet was broken and not usable. Chatted and asked them if they could fix it (Lauren was very nice and attentive about it) They told me they didnt have a part to fix it) offered me points which was nice of them. But I really just needed a bathroom to use.

He listened to my complaint and told me to gather my things and go back to the front desk. Curtis apologized for the inconvenience and upgraded me to a suite. Curtis was very understanding and professional while dealing with me. Thank you, Curtis.
