We drove until we both felt tired and our drive stopped us in Franklin Tennessee. We decided to stop and stay the night at The Hampton by Hilton. Normally we have always planned our entire trip, this time it was at random. We parked and I stepped inside to ask about vacancies. We were greeted by Sharon upon entry. Sharon was very pleasant and made the experience totally enjoyable. Sharon recommended a resturant that was close by so we could stay close and rest. And Sharon was totally spot on with her recommendation. The hotel was very nice and clean, Our room was very nice and clean. Everything in the room was setup perfectly for us to unwind and relax. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a nice and cozy place to relax and reset. And I hope Sharon is working so you can experience the amazing customer service like we did! I Give 5 Stars!!

Called a couple weeks ahead of time and spoke to the on-site General Manager, Ms. Reubens, and alerted her to my mother-in-law's sensitivities to smells, particularly cleaning products. Ms. Reubens assigned our rooms ahead of time and arranged to have hers cleaned without any chemicals. Worked out better than expected. My mother-in-law did not have any adverse reactions and absolutely loved the room Ms. Reubens selected. Everyone was kind, friendly, and attentive. Both rooms were extremely clean and well maintained and appeared new. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were large. TV's had DirectTV with tons of channels, including a few HBO, which was a wonderful surprise, since that's a service and remote control that my elderly mother-in-law knew how to use. The breakfast area was large, bright, and clean and the food selection was vast....something for everyone. Nearby (walking distance) BBQ restaurant was outstanding! Shell gas station also nearby. Hotel location was very easy to get to off highway. It was quiet, too....never heard a sound during the night. Our 2-night stay was perfect from beginning to end. We will not hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area.
