Upon arrival we noticed construction debris laying all around the side entrance which should have been picked up and swept. Then we walked around the the front of the building and there were leaves laying around everywhere and should not have been there Dec. 31st. The bartender was very rude and there was no wait staff for the restaurant on New Year's Eve. We had to go out to eat and drink on a holiday evening which would never be our choice. Entire lobby and atrium area was closed for construction. Hotel should be closed until construction is completed and manager addresses issues properly. Worst hotel experience that I can remember and should never happen at this chain!

They did not tell us about construction, it was very loud while we were trying to sleep. Construction is fine, but it may be nice to give someone a heads up or even lower the price. The price for this is the same as others and I could stay at a much nicer one without all of the construction noise, and little things broken throughout the room that needed fixed. Not worth the price.

If I could give this zero stars I would. There is an epidemic of deteriorating hotel quality in America and this embassy suites is not immune.
The entire site is under construction, although we were charged full price for a room. Jackhammers, and construction equipment blaring at 8AM, yet this hotel still accepts guests and charges full price?
MINI PILLOWS on a king size bed. I book embassy suites to avoid this!!! Hampton inn has mini pillows, but I expect much more from embassy.
At 8:32AM, their breakfast RAN OUT of bacon, sausage, and orange juice. No big deal, assuming they would be replenished but they were not, even after a worker was asked.
Ultimately, I expect most of these issues at lower quality hotels, especially these days. As an embassy suites regular, I was extremely disappointed, dissatisfied, and disgusted with this establishment. It is a shame this one location has me considering never returning to an embassy suites again.

Room comfortable and clean. Reception staff very nice. Dawn was very nice and efficient.
Breakfast was good. But I don’t like coming down 5 minutes early to have coffee and seeing staff eating then just coming to food station at 7:00 to light grill for omelet. Should be ready to go at 7 and maybe eat where patrons can’t see.
Also maybe have a rule that clothes need to be worn on patrons. Old pajamas and gowns and see through pajamas should not be allowed. Should be appropriately dressed. I would suggest enforcing no pajamas.

The room was very nice but our living room TV didn't work so we had to watch by sitting on the bed. We reserved the suite so we wouldn't have to. The person at the desk Sunday evening said she would give us 5000 it's. Then this morning Dawn said she would return our parking fee. I will be waiting on that. Dawn was very helpful in getting me on the Hilton App for the future. Thanx Dawn.
