Because if it, I have never chosen an Embassy hotel for my own vacation stays. Returned this year for the same conference, and WOW! Renovations are underway, and my room is complete. It looks and feels super fresh and modern, with improved lighting. The ample space in the room is incredible—small little bar sink/microwave/fridge area, sitting area with table perfect for work and grabbing a bite to eat, space to work out right in the room (rarity in hotels), and a spacious bathroom and bedroom. Feels more like a high-end hotel, but at a very affordable price. Now I’ll definitely stay at an Embassy in the future when on vacation. All the staff is super attentive and pleasant, too, from the breakfast cook to the bartender to the front desk ladies.
- LLLauraNov 16, 20252.0I was not happy at all with this Embassy Suites. First, the entire place is under construction, so you’re listening to constant drilling, hammering, and noise. When I checked in, I was given a room that smelled strongly of stale urine. I had to wait an hour before they could move me. The new room was beautiful, clean, and smelled fresh, so I was hopeful—but the issues didn’t stop. The heat the first night wouldn’t go above 69 degrees, even though I had it set to 72 because it was so cold outside. I ended up sleeping with an extra blanket and still woke up freezing. Then there was no hot water in the shower, and I wasn’t the only guest with that problem. On top of that, the water pressure was basically nonexistent. You have to stand right up against the shower head just to shower. I’ve never had to complain this much about a hotel stay, especially at a Hilton. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had with them, and I do not recommend staying here.

We had just flew from Virginia and she allowed us to check in early so we could shower and change clothes for the event we was in town for. We will definitely be back. The new renovations in the guest rooms was amazing.
