Stayed to visit family. I've always stayed here. This time they were in the middle of renovation. After 1 night they had to put me into another room. Shower or phone didn't work. 2nd room, the window shade wouldn't pull down . Had to hang a shower curtain there. Because of all the renovations, they should not be charging more than the other hotels at this time. I paid way too much money for my room under renovation.
Also, the evening people were wonderful, helpful, and very nice. The morning people watched me like a Hawk. It made me feel uncomfortable. This is always been my go to hotel for the past 6 years. I don't think I'll be using this one again.

Over-priced for what you get. The room isnt worth $200 a night, maybe $100. The bed didn't even have a headboard and only a nightstand on one side. There was a weird smell i couldnt place. No room/wall decor whatsoever.

I booked my room when I pulled off the highway for the night. I did not expect the room I was given to be under renovation even though the hotel was. There was no sofa in the room but you could tell where it should go, the bathroom floor was coming up and the windows treatment was only partially done. The front desk staff was welcoming but I dont know what management thinks it's okay to sell rooms that are actively being renovated! The rooms were full price. Stay elsewhere until they finish renovations!

Arrived for a one night stay. Guest services person wasn’t friendly.
The hvac ran all night & stayed on 76. Dusty, corners in bathroom dirty, hair on commode, etc. pics attached. Pillows flat. Bathroom sink faucet leaked at base & got my toiletries bag wet. I advised guest service fed in the morning about the faucet, dusty, hvac not working. Response was we can’t wait until this place is remodeled. Wrote a ticket for maintenance. Never said sorry, let’s see what we can do for you. Nothing but unhappiness. In the parking lot there are massive pot holes. They are behind a mall that store fronts are empty. You can hear the highway noise very clearly.
I would have thought someone would be in touch from the list I left. No.
I’ll be finding somewhere else next time. FYI a double queen room was $168.00 in the off season. I could have stayed at the Marriott for $135.00. Lesson learned.
