When we arrived, “NEX” asked for my ID; I provided a legitimate ID that qualifies me for the rate booked but “NEX” refused to accept it. I guess she is anti-American and prejudiced against me because of my employer. She then offered no alternative so we had no choice other than leaving and finding another hotel. Hampton Inn Dandridge is therefore unreliable and should be avoided.
